This company is not good
This company is not good. We paid for our pool in June and they said it would be installed in August, but it's now October and we still don't have everything we paid for. The installers came in September without the right stuff and did a bad job with the liner. We've been calling and talking to Dan, but nothing gets done. The pump we paid for is still on a slow boat from China and there are dents in the pool siding. We talked to the owner, ***, but he didn't do anything either. We just want this to be fixed, but it's taking too long. Businesses should do better for their customers.

I got Pool & Spa Clearance Center to move my hot tub on January 19
I got Pool & Spa Clearance Center to move my hot tub on January 19. I bought it from a buddy and was there when they came to load it. Only 3 dudes came to move a big hot tub for 7-8 people. I told Greg I didn't think that was enough people, but he said they knew what they were doing. When they lifted it, they broke a panel. I asked them to stop and we called Greg to make sure he would pay for the damage. He said he would. After they set it up, I texted Greg to make sure he was sending a new panel since I paid him in full. He said he was. I texted and called him 18 times over almost 2 months and he always said he was working on it. I was patient and gave him the benefit of the doubt, but he won't give me my money back or replace the panel.
We bought a pool from Pool & Spa Clearance Center on Feb 5, 2021
We bought a pool from Pool & Spa Clearance Center on Feb 5, 2021. They've been giving us the runaround since then. They keep saying they'll come, but they don't show up. When they finally came, they did a terrible job installing the pool. The owner came out and told us to drain it. He said he'd send someone to fix it, but when they came back, it was even worse. They made a bigger mess. We had to fill it up twice! After lots of talking, the owner gave us a new pool and a new installer. But 4 hours later, the walls started caving in. The installer said it would work itself out, but it stretched so much that it got a hole in it. The sub-contractor and the owner, Greg, are saying we cut a hole in the liner. All we wanted to do was swim in our pool this summer, but we've been through a lot.
I had a problem with the equipment and services from Pool & Spa Clearance Center
I had a problem with the equipment and services from Pool & Spa Clearance Center. We signed a contract on 10/25 for a new in-ground pool for 23k. They said it would take 3-4 days, but I knew that the weather could be unpredictable. They started digging and leveling with a crew of 3 for 3 days. Then, they came back 2 weeks later and said that the rain delayed them. I got the feeling that this was going to be a long project when Gary came back with only one other guy. The project went on until 2020, and every time they completed a task, they asked for more money. They installed the walking steps in the wrong place, which caused us to spend more money on concrete decking. It's been one thing after another, and my backyard is destroyed. I had to install a retaining wall. I have text messages, pictures, and videos from November , and I've called them many times, but they don't answer. It's been almost a year, and I'm still having issues. They keep saying they'll send Gary, but once they got all the money, their mailbox is always full.

I bought a pool from Pool & Spa Clearance Center and the installation was not good
I bought a pool from Pool & Spa Clearance Center and the installation was not good. After four weeks, I noticed a leak. They installed the pool on September 5, and it took almost two weeks. They were not ready for the installation and I had to buy screws because they didn't have enough. They left the job unfinished and I had to put the pool ladder together myself. It was dirty and there were not enough screws to finish the job. I called them on October 5, because of the leak. Someone came on October 9, and agreed that the installation was poor and not done properly. They patched the liner and warned me about future leaks if not corrected.
On February 13, I called the office about the leak and the pool was more than half empty. Mr. Gregg left me a message saying he would send someone, but nobody came. I called back on February 17, and a woman answered. She said she would give Mr. Gregg the message, but he never called back. I called again on February 23, and someone said they would call me back, but nobody did. On February 28, I sent pictures to Mr. Gregg about the pool getting low and that I would go to Leslie's Pool for more information, but he didn't answer.
I called the office to complain on March 17, and a woman took my message, but nobody called back. On March 20, I found someone to come and inspect the installation, and it will cost me $2,000 to repair and get a new liner. I called the office to complain on March 22, but nobody returned my call. Finally, on March 24, I received a call message saying someone would call me back.
