Liquidation center does not supply bad products as I have bought many kitchens from them over the last year.I think all these complainers are BOGUS.

If you want to write the truth - your discussions with Ben in the shop was very unprofessional. From what my partner told me you even went to swing a punch at him. That is no way to treat a paying customer.

You should NOT have MR AARON GREGORY representing your company - and GARY AS A MANAGER YOU SHOULD BE OVER-SEEING all the JOBS that are done in connection with Nerang Liquidation Centre. The chipped and damaged pieces still have not been installed.
The right nails for the handles have not been supplied. Can you supply/post this to me please?

My kitchen was ordered in feb 2012 with Aaron. Aaron informed me that the installation was him and he was the kitchen company. He also stated "he could never let anyone down. Aaron sold and measured ordered and installed the kitchen leading us to believe he was the "company" . He wore the company t shirt and assured us that he would handle to project till completion.
PROBLEMS: two different color and size stone bench's (twice).
Counter top and cupboards incorrectly measured (short by 18cm both top and bottom). Did not end against the wall.
Wine rack AND cupboard missing. Then damaged ceiling and walls by Aaron when he was to remove faulty workmanship.
Kick rail damaged.
Cabinets not finished around dishwasher.
Capping missing around range hod, leaving exposed plaster board and pipes.
Damage inside pantry just to name a few of the many, many. issues.
I have tried to rectify all these with Aaron and Garry and found them both to constantly give conflicting stories. They both give negative feed back about each other. Neither will take responsibility for the disgusting state my dream kitchen is in. They have there money and i am left with a disastrous mess.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. my issues are still outstanding.
Leah McLouglin I agree with you, and this is why this site is the way for the truth to be told, and let others know and be warned ..at least put those scamers on hold .
My news is the above complainers took Neragn Liquidation to court and won their case if you require further info let me know

I totally agree with all these complaints regarding Nerang Liquidation Centre/1/2 price Kitchens Nerang, or whatever else they want to call themselves. We have had similar problems. I also wonder how people can make good testimonials dated 31/10/13 and 1/11/13 when it is only April 2013?!?!

Totally agree with everything negative that has been said against nerang kitchens. I was sold to by Phil who is useless and told me lie after lie about an installation that is still incomplete (9 weeks later!). Aaron did my installation and his workmanship was pretty poor. They aren't even that cheap if you do your research. Stay away!

One lawyer commented " are they going to liquidate peoples blood or what? their name would tell something!?

I purchased a new kitchen through these people in early 2013 and I'm very happy with their professionalism and the overall quality of the kitchen. Their paper work was very thorough and I new exactly what I was committing to at all times and they delivered every time.
They saved me almost $4500 on comparable kitchens from other suppliers on the Gold Coast.
They also organized a contract installer who was most satisfactory and Trade Kitchens kept in touch while the installation was going on to ensure everything was ok.
I have recommended these people to several friends and have no hesitation in recommending them to more.

Took this in & they ripped it up... IT AIN'T OVER!
Our kitchen was measured twice by Garry & we never made any changes after the second measure.
1) The oven could not fit in the space left for it. We had to remove the cupboard & move it over, cutting into the architrave around a door.
2) The plans had not been updated from the first measurement to the second measure, so the breakfast bar was put in wrong, therefore it had to be removed & put in correctly leaving holes & gaps to be filled & covered all over the show.
3) There was not enough room left for the fridges to fit in (width or height) so it all had to be pulled down, moved over with infills put in. Due to it not being high enough we had to get the stainless steel fridge surrounds cut down to fit.
4) Due to the measurements (as above) being wrong John had to cut a large section of the back left side pantry out, so we had a large hole all the way down the left side of the back of the pantry which we had to buy the materials & fix ourselves to cover the problem.
5) Also due to the above problems the kickboard did not fit, so up to this date (1 year from signing this contract) we still do not have a kickboard there.
6) In the corner near the sink the bench top was not long enough & we have a gap of about half an inch between it & the wall, making it very difficult to cover the fault which we are still trying to do.
7) The end panel of the breakfast bar was damaged when it arrived. I was there when John's assistant opened it. I told John not to put it in as the kitchen had enough faults already & i was not going to have a large gash showing in full view as well. My daughter & i returned it to you & was told you would get it all fixed at your expense, after several weeks you still had not done this so John collected the panel & got it fixed & installed it. The bill for these repairs i handed to Garry myself.
8) We also never got the sink & tap promised but we don't want them now.
9) Garry never once returned a phone call. If i rang & asked a question or left a message he only replied via email, days after the fact.
We have no complaints about John's work, he did the very best he could with what he had. But when we start on our upstairs kitchen your company will not be considered nor will we be make any reccomendations to any one about your company. We have already been asked by many people who are looking to renovate/build & we have told them the truth. Once you got our money, you were no help at all.
These guys are nothing but dodgey, they have been ripping people off for years, I look forward to my day in court with them.
Very disorganised! i wish i had of seen these comments before i signed with them. i got the kitchen but it ddoes not fit, it does not include, plumbing, tiling, or splash back, electrician, communication was terrible, service very poor, kitchen quality is average for the price to be honest and they made a mess of my house in the process, i should charge them for the professional cleaning! dont use these people they are out to make a quick buck with their old school sales methods and poor products.
