I am Miss ZVP Ndedwa with ID: [protected] would like to lodge a complaint for the service Plan of my vehicle with registration number HYJ 328 EC, My deduction ref: LIQSP0014323EK1980 in my FNB account.
In March 2024 I took my vehicle for service and was informed that i have exceeded kilos Liquid Cap will not pay, i must come back when i reach 105 000km. Two weeks ago i took the vehicle in for service at 105 000km and was told i am out of Service Plan, when i made enquiries by calling the company yesterday i was told that the service plan expired in March. i asked for refund of all my deductions since the expiry of the contract and i was told there will be no refund.
I was not informed by the company that the Service plan had expired and the company continued to deduct from my bank knowing that the service plan had expired. i therefore request full refund of all the monies deducted from me and the money i paid for the Service of my vehicle.
Claimed loss: R1925.88 ( Deductions for 6months) plus interest @ prescribed legal rate of 7.75%R1685.37 (paid for m/v service)
Desired outcome: Full Refund of total amount of R3611.25
