I was just in your munno para store where your worker Donna was completely condescending and on a power trip. I was standing at the counter looking at the mini bottles behind her and After making waiting me wait so she could fill in paperwork then proceeded to ask myself and partner for ID because we both look under 25 apparently, after I said we might only have electronic versions because we are both 30 and to be honest rarely carry Id, I managed to find my card in my bag and as I was the one in line and paying that should've been suffice but she then made my partner find his also. He couldn't access his on the app so we left, we then returned a minute later and she scanned an old screenshot and said that wouldn't work because it was coming up suspicious, he said the only thing he had was a photo of his passport, she said I'm sorry I was willing to work with you guys but that wouldn't work, I asked what if I came back on my own she said no because you came in together, I then asked what if I was in here with a child would you make them produce ID and she said sorry that's the policy. I told her this was for Christmas and she still refused, I told her to get a grip. I was upset as we were buying a Christmas Present for dinner tonight and have now had to dash to another store before they close. I understand policy, I have my RSA but I haven't been asked for ID in ten years and found her to be completely rude and unhelpful. She may need a course in customer service, I work retail and would never treat a paying customer this way
