My wife and I have made repeated attempts to discontinue the service. (Telephone calls and emails) and was assured by the person we talked to on the phone that the service was stopped.
My wife lost her phone at the end of Februauy 2022 and as we are both elderly and on a fixed income we cancelled the service. As we were assured by the phone company that "if we paid the months of March and April we were not going to be bothered by them again. This is August and we are still being billed for a service that we have'nt used since late February. Please help.
I spoke with a rep today and he told me my VISA card was no good. I cancelled this service some months ago and kept getting a bill by mail. I will not use their service again PERIOD. STEVE
