LivingSpace review: Products and customer service

Do not order from this company, they have 0 customer service, I ordered my bedroom set (5 pieces) june 3rd, I supposed to get it by 7/21-7/31, by first week of august I started emailed and called multiple times because they don't reply and when you lucky enough to get someone, they have no information. I finally got in contact with their shipping company and was told that they received my 5 items but still waiting for another 20 pieces?

I found their mistake after talking to both shipping company and livingspace. At the end of each line item they has (5), I think they meant 1 of 5 item, but because of the way it was posted on the order, the shipping company take it at 5 pieces for each line item, so they are waiting for 4 more dressers, 4 nightstand etc. After explaining to both companies their mistake, they still could not correct it and deliver my order.

Incompetent. 0 customer service
