I called to inquire about their race and terms of service for a pre-settlement loan on my lawsuit.
Within 30 seconds, the gentleman told me that no matter who I deal with it's always going to be 40 to 60%, and when I objected stating i would keep searching. He replied "all right f*** you then"
This is seriously so far beneath the bar of any service that I would recommend or suggest anyone deal with. Do not put your information or trust in finance in these people. I never been so appalled by simply asking a question to a so-called professional service.
Desired outcome: Pull the call recording...This person should be fired
