I have been hesitant and it's been very difficult to trust anyone due to past bad experiences and I felt like I had a monkey on my back. But Stephanie listened and she was able to identify with the struggles of life that affect my financial situation. Stephanie educated me on the process and resources available for my situation. She provided me with options and allowed me to make the best choice for myself, my family, and my future. I'm really happy I found you guys. ***, just knowing someone has my back feels so good. At best, I'll get %100 loan forgiveness, and at worst, my loan will have a much, much lower interest rate, which will drastically reduce my monthly payments for the rest of the loan term. I actually feel like there's a chance to pay off the loan instead of making payments forever and never seeing the balance go down. Money well spent, in my opinion. The government's student loan department is a total mess. It's mind-boggling how they've been throwing away/losing people's forms and making it impossible for regular folks to navigate the loan forgiveness process. *** Public servants complain about ***'s handling of student loan forgiveness') *** is really passionate about fighting for her people and making sure they're heard and taken seriously during the PSLF process. She once told me she 'wakes up every morning fired up!' From what I can see, she's working nonstop and always responds to my texts to answer my questions. I don't think I've ever waited more than 24hrs for a response, usually getting one the same day. Just remember she's doing a ton of work and it's a lengthy process, so patience is needed. Keep up the good fight ***. We need more people like you.
