Logan Homes Builder review: We are very disappointed 8-11-22

My home is days away from it's one year warranty and there are issues that Logan says is within their tolerance, a tolerance that allows their shoddy and inferior work to be acceptable to them. I have a water closet that when inside and the door is closed I can still see my vanity. The finish carpentry work is horrendous but according to them it is within their tolerance and therefore not a warranty item. My inspectors report which listed many deficiencies means nothing to them.

When initial framing of the home was done they utilized BROKEN roof trusses which were repaired. I need an engineers report that says they were correctly repaired, and who installs broken trusses in the first place.

My dream home now wakes me up in the middle of the night and it is the first thing that comes to mind when I wake up in the morning. In the future how will I ever sell this house and explain that the crooked incorrectly framed interior doors and crooked staircase railing is really ok because Logan says it is within their tolerance. I love the design of this house I just wish it had been built by someone else.
