I had a a day/time scheduled for them to come out, they never showed up, when i called to see what happened they told me they overbooked. I even got a email confirmation. I rescheduled, got a call that day and was told there was an emergency and could they reschedule again. Now the 3rd date/time was set. An hour and a half before they were to arrive, I get a call stating they cannot make it and can we make it another date. I am sorry but this is bad customer service in my opinion. 3 strikes and you are OUT!
Recommendation: Be weary of calling them for a estimate
