I placed an order with LOOK AGAIN on line catalogue on the 27th Setember 2023 order number 186745 £630 for a 55in SMART TV 20E971WLC on a BNPL
They informed me that there was a delay in delivering this item and so I cancelled the order. This item was never received nor never signed for on delivery.
However/ LOOK AGAIN have charged me £630 plus £4.49 for delivery and this amount still shows on my account. I have requested this charge be removed but has not - my details

Oakley 8 x 6 Summerhouse
I have purchased a Summerhouse from Look Again, the product was in good condition, as described upon delivery. However, after 1.5 months the Summerhouse began to deteriorate, including warped panels, and panels coming loose from there fixings. Upon installation the workman discovered not enough felt had been supplied, I purchased more at a cost of £22 not matching original felt, the roof did not fit properly. I have tried to resolve this issue with Look Again but they keep saying it is the suppliers responsibility, it is not under Consumer Rights as the item was delivered as described and in good condition. They have responded for me to dismantle the Summerhouse at a cost of £300 to me and the suppliers will collect. This will leave me with no Summerhouse, around two thousand pound out of pocket due to furnishing the Summerhouse. I have disputed this and requested a financial settlement to get the Summerhouse repaired.

Dear sir. Madam. For the past couple of days I have been trying to make a payment to my account. It's been very frustrating as it doesn't let me login and when it's asking for the password it all goes funny and doesn't look right. I got to the stage where about 3 times it said make a payment. It didn't do anything and asked me to log in again. Im not doing it anymore as if I keep doing it I'm not to know if it's going to take money each time I try to do it. Is there something wrong with your website?. I'm unable to phone the main number. I have been looking for a free phone number or local number so I can pay over the phone but there isn't one. total disregard to the fact I am still a customer
Having tried to order something online, when it came to an account number I don't ever remember having one and then I could go no further with my order.
I then rang Look Again to place my order, I said I had a code to get 25% discount, apparently I was not entitled to that as I was ordering on the phone. There was no option to order as a guest (which most companies let you do) but with Look Again that's not possible.
Hermes will apparently be delivering my package, again I asked will I be sent an email giving me a rough idea of when they would be delivering ( having had lots of parcels delivered by Hermes recently on behalf of companies and have always been given a rough idea of delivery time between 3 hours, but apparently with Look Again I am expected to wait from 8am to 8pm.
Having placed the order I was given no reservation number and when I asked the operator I was told I did not require one as she had placed the order, I said I would need some confirmation for myself as sometimes parcels go astray, I was then given an account number B134791623
I feel very disappointed with this service, as I said to the operator I am still a customer and should be treated as such, I wanted to place my order online which was not possible through no fault of mine.

refund of returned goods
Starting in June of this year I ordered a samsonite Disney case, this was never delivered and £95 was credited back onto my account, the case was reordered but never got delivered.
On looking at the measurements I decided it was too small so I contacted look Again and was advised to refuse delivery at the door there were two packages the same case but two of them, which I refused. A week later a DPD driver brought the same packages back I wasn't at home so my neighbor signed for them. I then contacted Look Again and informed them about the packages, they weren't even aware they was out for delivery, but they then put two £95 on my account making me over my limit. I arranged for them to be returned, I also had a pair of jeans to be returned as well and all three items were returned and I was given barcodes with numbers on them as a receipt. I noticed that the jeans were refunded back to my account and not the cases, I enquired about this and they couldn't find them and raised an investigation as to their whereabouts, this went on for months I gave them the barcode numbers and they said that it wasn't the cases, I then received a letter stating the Matter had been settled, but I have never been refunded the two £95 what was the cost of each case.
I am very upset as I gave them all the details I have and still no refund I don't like the idea of having to pay for items I have returned, it is not my fault they got lost I returned them.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering something from this terrible website. Because the reviews I see are very bad and mine will be the same.
My item was never delivered. It's been two months and it's still somewhere out there. Oh god, I even have no idea where it could be. Customer service is absolutely unhelpful and their system deleted my tracking information, judging by their words. Can this be true? I really doubt it.
I will wait for one week and ask for a refund. And even though I doubt they will do the needful to give my money back, I will try anyway.
