My ex used my email log in, a photo and my bank card to create a dating profile with LoveAgain. Since this I have had hundreds of emails and new profiles appearing on linked or sister sites to LoveAgain such as - cupiddates, uniformdating, datingforparents, cupid, serencontrer. Every time I make attempts to delete my profile, a new profile appears under username kimberleyRsmdq

I have been able to log on and tried to delete

1 - My photograph - every time I do it sits there pending saying that it's 'deleting'

2 - My account. It makes me submit a request to change password. I do this then it makes me complete the following steps;

* Go to settings and cancel billing cycle

* Then call [protected] to tell them I want my billing cycle and account cancelled

* I am then sent a confirmation email that billing cycle is cancelled in the next 24 hours

* Log back on to My settings after email received and select to delete account - wait for one off use code to be emailed to cancel (can take 24 hours

This laborious process is completely unethical and new subscriptions appear without me having logged in or signed up to sites I've never heard of. They all have my photo on them as well.

I have serious concerns for my wellbeing in the community with my photograph publish and contact made by other users. I am in the Army and this is a safety concern for me.

I join this site in error and now i cannot cancel my membership. I did not have to pay anything however when i go to the remove my account it is ask for a six ditig code that has been sent to the email address on file. The code is never sent to your email therefore holding you hostage without being able to cancel because you cannot move forward with removing your account.

Despite numerous emails to this company requesting a cancellation code, (which apparently is something I need to cancel my membership) this company are totally ignoring my request.
I also had similar problems with them when I tried to cancel automatic renewal of membership with them.
Whilst this may seem a trivial request, I do not like the thought of having my details available to members who I have no control of vetting.

People, really stay away from the fake website www.loveagain.com. It was really bad. I registered on the website and paid for the subscription, but everything was lie. I stopped to visit this website after 3 days of my registration. I was really upset, but I wanted to get money back. They still continued to promise and blah-blah. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
