We ordered a package worth over $500 and the company is saying they don't have our order after 2 weeks of waiting for delivery. We even sent a screen shot showing the charge. There is no phone number to reach them and emails go unanswered. I'm going to contact my bank and issue a charge back. Horrible experience.

My initial experience with this company's products was the subscription play kits. That experience was fine. Nothing special, just fine. Recently I placed an order for a nap mat and three (3) place mats. I received only one (1) place mat. I contacted the company via email to correct this problem. Their initial response took more than three days to arrive. The representative replied via email that she'd rush shipped two (2) place mats and refunded my order $15. The place mats cost $35.00 each. A few days later I received one (1) place mat via *** delivery. Not two (2), one (1). I am still short one (1) place mat from my original order. Again, I emailed their customer support service. It's been four days and I have still not heard back. I've reached out to the company and their CEO on *** and again, still have not heard back. I've looked for a phone number for the company. They don't have one. This has been a terrible experience and my family will not be purchasing from Lovevery again. Ever.

I love the beautiful Montessori-based kits and have two subscriptions, one for each of our grandchildren and I have also purchased the first kit for newborns for another little one in our family. The products are beautiful, sturdy and highly engaging. The problem is customer service. I have had a very good experience with the company until I tried to use an offer for $25.00 off on a quilt. The email promotion was poorly worded and it appeared that I could use the discount if I already had a subscription; however, the offer was for new subscribers only. Not understanding this I tried to place an order for the quilt and placed two quilts in my cart. I did not order another subscription but LOVEVERY placed two identical orders for new subscriptions and charged our *** account for over $1,000.00 total. I had not selected checkout or finished this order because I realized the discount wasn't applicable. It took several emails to solve the problem, I was assured that the charge would be removed, but *** contacted us because of the identical orders for such a large amount, so it is obvious that LOVEVERY did not follow through very quickly. There is no phone number to call, so I couldn't get this resolved quickly. This company needs better customer service. I think the products are much higher quality than the service available and if they want to stay in business, they need a better office manager for this.

“Subscription”
I made a ONE TIME purchase with this company in April 2023. I’ve checked all of the emails for any indication that this was a subscription, and I did my due diligence to ensure it was a one-time purchase at the time I ordered it. July 15, 2023, I received an email for and order I NEVER made for $120 USD. I was charged and I want every penny back. To be completely clear - I never signed up for a subscription, and there is no indication of a subscription in my order confirmation emails or my receipts. The order number they provided me for this, in my opinion, fraudulent charge on July 15, 2023 is: #4809661. My initial and ONLY purchase I made through this company was order number: 4454920. I have left and email, a Zendesk request, and a message via their Instagram page, and I have yet to receive a response feom any of these three(3) contact points. I was charged $134.40 USD at a conversion rate of 1.356027, to the amount of $182.25CAD (“Intl Visa Deb Retail Purchase Lovevery, Inc. [protected] 134.40 Usd @ 1.356027“).
I can see there was a class action lawsuit filed against them in March of 2023, for adding people to a subscription model they did not sign up for. They add people regardless if it’s a one-time purchase. I have read through it and my situation is almost identical to the plaintiff’s ( re: HAYMOND vs. LOVEVERY, INC. Case 1:23-cv-00334-ADA-CDB Filed 03/03/2023 ). I did not sign up for a subscription, I made a one time purchase as a gift and in my opinion, this is a completely fraudulent charge and I want to have it dealt with accordingly.
Desired outcome: I want my money returned to me IMMEDIATELY.
The company responded to my comments and messages on Instagram, and in turn found my emails to them about the matter. They emailed me back and then they issued me a refund.

My account with them even says that I am not currently subscribed to anything. I received no notice that this charge would take place and am yet to hear back from them about how I can receive this money back in my bank account. I would like the money returned to my account and would no longer like my card on file with the company.

There seems to be an issue with my LOVEVERY order and there seems to be way to contact the company and obtain a resolution. My order has not shipped and my account seems to be reflecting the wrong information when it comes to subscriptions and upcoming shipments. There is no way to contact anyone there and it's very frustrating.
They will not return messages so I can return a product of theirs Its unused and unpacked It was simply bought in error and they will not get back to me. I have followed their instructions to the tee.
I sent an email to Lovevery through their website, which is the only way they list to contact them, and they have not responded. All I want is a missing top section for the three wooden pieces of the baby Play Gym. Without this section, the pieces will fall apart which is dangerous.

I purchased a one time item from Lovevery Inc. beginning of October and since I received the item I want to return the item within the 30 days window however the company does not have direct phone numbers and does not respond to any email/web form inquiry. Now on 10/25 they have charged my credit card again supposedly for another kit which we did not authorize the transaction at all. This is in regards to Order # *** which we want to return and Order # *** which is unauthorized transaction on my credit card.

After about a month of no delivery, I contacted them for the first time. They charged me 235.40, which has been paid in full. However I have yet to receive my package despite contacting them many times and finally not receiving any response back nor have a received a refund. I actually got an email from the company asking me to rate the products that they never sent me.

I had selected to purchase one box for my cousins baby and today in June 3 was charged for another under a subscription again I never meant to enroll into, I had already purchased one box (and one box only) from them prior. I have been reaching out all day trying to cancel order and get refunded with no success. They have already shipped the order and I have been trying to cancel this before it reaches my cousins house, I would rather avoid the embarrassment of having asking her to return a product since we do not like in the same city, she lives about 11 hours from me.

I continued to check for updates and while it was listed as delivered on October 2nd, I never received the package. My assumption is the postal service messed something up. I have not received a response and it's been five business days at this point. I sent another request two days ago with no reply. When I checked my account, not only was an order placed but a subscription was started as well. I never authorized any of these things at 2 in the morning. I went to cancel the order literally 2 hours after it was supposedly made but I cant cancel because it was shipped. According to their website, they didnt ship it yet. They are deliberately keeping me from canceling. They have no no number to contact them. When using their contact form, I received an email stating that they will respond when they have time. This is unacceptable. When I went to get rid of my credit card information so that this doesnt happen again, the website doesnt allow this either.

I complained to Lovevery; Stephanie replied on May 29th, unable to reverse the charge but cancelled my subscription. On June 29th, my AMEX was charged $86.20 for an order I didn't place. Then, on 8/3 an email came stating an item had been shipped. On November 30th I placed a prepaid order for 3 kits to be delivered as a Christmas present. All 3 kits were delivered, payment in full was made when ordered. I did NOT subscribe to receive subsequent kits after that. I was careful during the ordering process not to enroll in a subscription service. In May another kit was sent so I believed that was part of the original order. Now, going back to my records, I see they charged me without authorization for that package as well. I am extremely displeased that they charged me and sent these kits out without my authorization. This is a fraudulent sales tactic as they continue to charge my card without authorization. I would like a full refund of ***.

However, without ANY notice via email or otherwise, I receive your email stating that another kit was being shipped out. I was furious that you would just use my information and send another kit out without my knowledge. I tried several times this morning to reach you to let you know that this was done without my authorization. I couldn't reach anyone. I wanted to avoid the embarrassment of having to ask the person the prior 4 kits were gifted to return this additional kit as she does not live nearby. I am requesting a full refund of $127.50.

This company sends out emails requesting referrals from current customers. I was one of them until this happened. nothing in the emails states that the referral fee cannot go to your subscription for toys. You have to buy additional toys in order to use your referral discount. If you even go to their website under referrals there's no mention of this. You have to go to their FAQ section information on the website which why would you do that? When you go to the referrals section and look at the details of referrals? Their emails that solicit for referrals directly should give the details of the referral program but there are none in the emails. Then I had eight emails back and forth with a representative and I still don't have a referral code to even use to buy towards more toys. So not only are they misleading people but they aren't tracking the referrals properly. I have my referral code as well as an email that went to my friend with my name on it and I still can't get a discount code. It is a complete waste of my time and energy. I have discontinued my subscription I will no longer be referring this company. I think they should put the actual details of their program in their emails and on the website under referral program. Otherwise it's false advertisement.

We used this service for over a year with no issues. In July I canceled my subscription service with the company as it was no longer needed. I also received a subscription cancellation confirmation e-mail. In November I was charged for a play kit by Lovevery even though I had cancelled my subscription several months prior. I was able to e-mail the company and have them cancel the wrongly charged order and for second time cancel my subscription as they did not want to admit I previously had cancelled my subscription. In February *** by Lovevery which I was not able to stop in time. I am in the process with my banking partner for trying to block any further charges with Lovevery since they have yet to cease these deceptive business practices. In May 2022 I have once again received a charge for another play kit by Lovevery. I would like for the Complaintsboard.com to help resolve this deceptive and fraudulent practice and possibly reduce the rating or show a warning of working with this company for any potential customers.
