This company is a total scam. I had no idea they were going to charge me almost $200 and overdraw my account! They are one company not 2 companies and have one person answering the phones, who is the rudest person I have ever spoken to! DO NOT ORDER THESE PRODUCTS!

If it sounds to good to be true it is too good to be true. This deal is an absolute scam. In my case the product arived 8 days after the order was placed. which, had I taken the steps to read the buried terms, would have left me two days to cancel the order. In my case i was looking for a good product.

The comments are correct, you cannot contact anyone prior to the 10 day from order date, which our order took seven days to arrive. Ironically the package arrived on a Friday. Monday my cc was hit for $119 and $78. If you do not catch the scams charges, they will hit your card every month. Working with Visa now but not much they will do! Changed cc so they cannot keep charging us the scam fees. Tried to resolve with the customer service rep, who would not give a name and would not escalate to a manager. Said the owners never come in and are not interested in customers opinions. WOW.
Smells, looks and is a TOTAL SCAM...someone needs to let Facebook know about the scam advertising.

This is absolutely correct. I think the person that "sold" this on-line was planted as I didn't see anywhere obvious that you had to cancel in any time frame AND on the order confirmation it did NOT state anywhere you had to cancel. BUYER BEWARE!

Totally agree with comments I have read! This is a single company with a representative (IRENE, Employee #3002- no last name) who wasn't really interested in my complaint. I opened my card statement and was totally shocked. I'd love to see a copy of what she said I submitted and agreed to when I thought it was "postage only" dollar amount. TOTAL, TOTAL SCAM!

Total scam! Tried to cancel and couldn't reach anyone. Also, I didn't know the 10 days started when I ordered. I received it 6 days after ordering. I returned the product even though the person I finally talked to was very rude and said I could'nt do anything about it. I am disputing it through my bank. Please everyone, go to BBB and file a complaint to put them out of business. I have no problem paying a fair price for what I had received.

I'M IN TOTAL AGREEMENT WITH EVERYONE! This company sucks. I also thought that the introduction amount was to get you started on it. When I found the $78 with drawn from my checking account, I called and they told me that it was for the Vitaltity Smile, but I had not yet been charged for the Lucky Brite. That they would stop the $119. charge from going through, and not to worry. That I could not return the product, and that would be the end of it. A few days later, the $119 was with drawn from my bank account, now I am over drawn, and I tried calling them back. I was told, that "there was no way someone would have told me they would have stopped that charge, that it was part of the shipment, no they do not want that product back, that they can not take it back now, but they can stop sending any farther shipments." I have contacted my bank, and ask that they be blocked from with drawing anymore funds from my account. I am also filing a dispute, I do not want anything except the $3.95 and $1.95 first promised to be taken. The BBB thing sound good too
