rip off/scam
If you ordered this, please send it back immeditely and ask for a refund. The website I ordered this from made it look as if it was a free sample for $1.99 and it is a scam. This cost me $400 as I got one for myself and for my wife. They now tell me there is fine print on their website, but I didn't not see any when I ordered it. Please do yourself a favor and either do not order this, or return the product immediately!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I recieved this product, and there is nothing at all in the pens. This is a huge scam, where do I report this, or who can I report this to? Will they even do something about it? Why cant we sue this company? Also if I cancel my card is there any way that they can charge me for anything at all, and how long will they charge the card? Please someone answer to this.

What a rip off by some scammers. Please return it asap or they will charge you 200.00. You will be disappointed in the product as it is a trial offer. Huge! Huge! scam. You dont get any of this when you order.
I too got ripped off by this scam. The minute you get it please return it or you will be charged around 200.00. Dont make the same mistake. Huge rip off scam. None of the fine print tells you anything.
return IMMEDIATELY as the 10 days count from the day you ORDER the FREE trial and rude personal is an understatement! and if you do get to return it then they charge you again a restocking fee of $20.00 for each product! this is a HUGH rip off ! next time i will check for customer complaints before i order anything !

Like the many others that believed they were getting a free product, I ordered only later to see my bank statement showing I had been charged for a free product along with the shipping and handling charge I agreed to. I immediately returned the unopened product with my letter explaining the mishap. I didn't get a response or was I able to reach the numbers in the ad. After finally finding a number to contact a real person, the woman I reached was not pleasant. I asked the status of my purchase and she put me on hold. After several minutes she said I exceeded the limit of which I was never aware of. I asked for my product back that I had sent them and again she said sorry we can't do that. I would have kept it if I had known I would have to go through this. So I am out over $200.00 for a company that does not have good customer relations and scams people.
