6 staff men barged into feeding room when I was inside the room with my child
I was washing my hands after changing my son's diapers... As he had pottied in it...6 lulu worker staffs barged into the feeding room with no notice and hesitation... Not even a knock... It was at night... I got panicked... They immediately took over the sofa in front of the coolers and sat there grazing at me... I took my son and rushed out of the room wondering why the hell they have mentioned "no men allowed in the feeding room...". I immediately took my sons plant I left in the diaper changing station and went out... This happened in the lulu mall thiruvananthapuram
Writing a Complaint about Mixi Grinder Warranty
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this email finds you in good health. I am writing to you concerning a complaint about the warranty of my Mixi Grinder (Meenumix)that I purchased from lulu store Dammam. I am extremely disappointed with the product and the warranty that came with it. I have encountered several issues with the grinder, and I feel it is unfair that I am left without any assistance when my product is meant to be under warranty.
I purchased the grinder approximately three months ago, and since then, I have experienced problems with its performance. The mixer grinder is not grinding properly, and blade broken it is causing a lot of inconvenience to me as a customer. It does not deliver the desired results, even after following the instructions carefully. I believe it to be a fault in the product, which should not happen if the product has been manufactured with quality control measures.
I have read the warranty agreement that came with the product, and I was surprised to learn that it is not at all helpful for customers. It appears as though the warranty only seeks to protect the manufacturer rather than the customer's interests. I request you to kindly review the warranty agreement and make the appropriate changes necessary to make the warranty useful for users and to avoid such disappointments with your customers.
As I am a regular customer of your store and have always found the quality of your products to be highly satisfactory, I am confident that you will take the necessary measures to address my concerns.
I request you to please take immediate steps to make things right so that my inconvenience could be less and faith in your good self could be maintained.

despite repeated requests items were delivered on March 10 (8PM).
3 items were damaged/ spoiled including chicken wings.
An email was sent including photoes of 2 items.
Someone called and informed that spoiled item will be collected next day and replacement will be arranged. Yet to pick up the items as well delivery of replacement.

We had a very bad experience at lulu hypermarket, Fahaheel(near max) today afternoon(28.09.2022).
We selected fish and asked the staff(an Egyptian) to clean it.
He askd us to come after 30min..
When we went to collect the fish, this man asked us to wait.. he was behaving very well mannered with other customers mainly Egyptions, and giving them their fish but was being harsh with Indians and filipinos...
We were asked to wait for almost 10minutes and he took a bag of fish which was already kept ready outside and gave us...the fish was untouched, neither cleaned nor cut, as we told him to do so...
He even hushed my 4 year old child and said not to talk when my child was talking to me...we have no idea why he was behaving such a manner...my son got a bit scared when he saidso...
We have visited many lulu outlets in kuwait, India, UAE...
But this was 1st experience for us and wanted to bring to lulu's notice..
Desired outcome: I would like lulu authorities to take neccesary action..so that he will behave well the Indians...
I am complaining about tempered glass of the cell phone
Just 5 days ago I bought a tempered glass for my phone of rs 349 and the shopkeeper told me that this tempered is very hard not breakable and scratch proof
But now my phone without falling down anywhere it's tampered break down and scratch is well .
I inform the shopkeeper but they reply me a liar I told them that I am not here to replace that I just come here to inform you why am I lia .
My humble request to all please don't get tempered glass from the mall they just fool you with high price just go to your local shop not that cheap mall.

not installing my new TCL telivision and JBL home theatre
It is purchased on saturday 2/7/2022.Delivered on 3/7/2022.It is not installed yet. It is informed that installation is not done on 3/7/2022,4/7/2022 and 5/7/2022. We call lulu customer care.But they are not willing to install.

I am complainting about the delivery service of y mall
We have order 4 ifthaar combo from the hypermarket of lulu mall in Thriprayar it was very late of delivery we had order to 4 place the two places had got 10 mins later but another 2 places got very late our nombuthura is in 6.36 pm the say the order will be deliverd to the all places in 6.30 but the one place the deliverd in 6.19 but another 3 place the got it very very late thevpersons who took nomb and didnt eat food or water that peoples in the time of nombuthura they have no food to eat because the not make any food because that we orderd food for them say dont make food we are orderd so they didnt make food... This a bad delivery service the on place they got the food 8.30 its not fair 6.30 they say the food will delverd but the food is got in 8.30 what is tgis🙄🙄🙄
Parking fee
I am complaining about this only because I am a regular customer of Lulu mall Cochin. In a week twice I will go to Lulu mall for purchasing or watching movies at Lulu. The day before yesterday I went to Lulu and purchased for an amount of above 5000 and payed parking fee of 30Rs. Yesterday I went to watch movie and the parking fee was 50Rs. Like this in a month I have to upto 1000Rs only for parking at Lulu mall. I think it's not a good thing for a customer since all other shops are giving a free parking lot.
Due to all this I called the manager named Eldho and discussed about all this parking fee issues and he told me to complaint. In the time of discussion the parking fee was increased 5o to 60 rupees. I just wondered is this the way you treat a customer? Why don't you give a free parking? We are not coming to visit so let us a give free parking after showing the bill at least. Here I am attaching the parking fee for watching a movie at Lulu.

We bought iPhone 11 pro max from lulu at mazyad mall mussafah abudhabi on [protected]. With in 7 months phone was dead. We send the phone to iphone showroom and the said the phone was already replaced. So we complain to lulu the said they are not sale replaced phone. Apple showroom not accepting the phone and lulu also not accepting their mistake. They give 15 dys to us for solving the problem. Yesterday the day has over. Now what will do the issue. Contract no. I am a daily customer of Lulu mall, especially Hyper market.I am very sorry to inform you that on 9th Jan.2020 I had purchased 6 nos.country eggs from Lulu hyper market Kochi.While using it is found that out of six, 2Nos are rotten eggs.It is further noted that the packed date was just two days back.ie.7th Jan. Hense I request you to take necessary action to sell good items to the customers and make sure that the suppliers or venders of such items are warned to supply good items so that such complaints from the customers can be avoided in future.

I bought a samsung s2 from there on 6th of april 2017. I had complaint with my tab now. they asked 4 bill. I wanted a bill from there as samsung customer care told to bring product with bill and 65 percent will be transferred bk as there was a problem with battery. but because you people dont generate bill I am not getting reimbursement.

I was insulted in front of my friends n others for trying to carry a bag to the Hypermarket. They asked me to keep the bag at the baggage deposit, when I reached the baggage deposit they say they keep only laptop bags. When u was standing there i saw they they tagging the bags of girls who brought bags to them n when I asked them to do the same they openly hesitated. When I asked the security at the entrance about this enequality he said in Malayalam "athoke anganeya" . I thought lulu was bringing international standards to India, having spend my early life in Dubai I feel pity watching such stuffs happening.i come from a high level family n this is an insult we don't need to steal ur petty stuffs, it's a shame .Never gonna enter that door again

Insulting is their strategy in Lulu Hypermarket... staff are arrogant and look at us as culprits coming in to steal their things (think they do the same!) After living for years in outer countries, when we go to Lulu Kochi, we feel like we are insulted in every part of the hypermarket... staff are arrogant, not customer friendly and do not waste a single thing to harrass a customer... I have been told from that date that person will come and do the installation but so far no one has come. intention was to see the world cup and if this is getting delayed further, my investment will be a waste.

supra cooker
I am very disapointed and regret of buying a cooker from lulu in mushrif mall.
1- first I purchased a cooker (west point) and paid to deliver next day and I was on hurry to receive it and they called me next day that item not available and that was very unprofessional!
2- I came back to pick another cooker and they advised me to buy supra cooker as it also can support the natural gas after replacing the nozels. They promised to deliver next day however they delayed.
3- after fixing the new cooker same day it start making high sound and randomly stop!
4 - I raised a ticket and after waiting few days the maintenance visited and confirm there were defective pieces and require spare parts.
5- I waited 2 weeks to receive the parts and after replacing same day again this issue came up!
6 - more than a month now I am suffering and we are unable to use our new cooker.
This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.
7- jumbo failed to fix the issue hence I request for immediate replacement from lulu for this bad item you sold me. (it's very clear to me now that this piece had a problem and you sold it to me!)

organic products
Hello,
I'm really sorry to submit this but if we keep tolerating then nothing is going to be done. I bought today avocado which were organic and therefore expensive. 18aed for 2 small avocados. First of all there's no expiration date on any of the organic products at lulu In Al Qusais Dubai. At least none of the origanic packed products had a date I could read. Please check the pictures to see the state of these avocados. This is my 3 rd time when I buy products at lulu which are off. It's very concerning as I thought UAE had quite high standards when it comes to food manufacturing and packing. I shop often at this Lulu as it is very convenient and as I said this is not the first time. Please see the pictures attached.
