Lynne Fillmore with Town and Country Apollo Properties is the worst Realtor I have ever worked with. He advertises a flat fee option, and 50/50 option & a standard 1.5% discounted commission to lure sellers into his Real Estate Scam. Every seller wants to pay less fees and keep more money, but Lynne Fillmore doesn't work! He doesn't present formal offers to his clients, He doesn't respond to buyers or buyers agents. How can you sell your house if all Lynne cares about is collecting is $900 fee upfront? He doesn't and I know this because have submitted 3 all cash offers on one of his listings in the last 30 days. Every time I submitted an offer, Lynne told me the house was under contract. 5 days would go by & nothing would be updated on the MLS showing the house was under contract. So I submitted a second higher offer using another business I own. Lynne Fillmore told me he would present the offer to his clients, (but wait I thought it was under contract) and get back to me. H responded and said the sellers rejected the offer. I asked him to formally have the sellers reject the offer in writing on the REPC, he didn't respond. Never had the sellers formally reject the offer. My third offer came from a trust, same story Lynne Fillmore told me he would present my offer and get back to me, 5 days went by and Lynne Fillmore never even responded!
The guy is a complete disgrace to the industry, which is why he charges sellers $995 up front. Feels like a discount but in reality you are paying him for nothing, he does nothing.
Have you seen his ridiculous website www.utahbroker.com? Hasn't been updated since 1992 along with Lynne Fillmore's absurd Rug thats stapled to his flat head, Toupee anyone. The website is so bad... like a MS word Doc created in word perfect attached to a web address. Does he wear Flannel underwear too? Lynne Fillmore is the worst Realtor I have ever seen or attempted to work with. Just a lazy disgrace to the profession, Don't work with him hire someone who will sell your home based on selling your home. Anyone that asks for money upfront is a SCAMMER in my opinion!
Agents represent their Buyer or Seller Clients. I have had over 4500 since 1999.
Offers are always submitted. A formal response is not a requirement.
Cash offers with contingencies are no better than other offers.
That home sold for above asking price with a $20k non refundable deposit
Your offers were lowball offers in a red hot market and passed on by my Seller client.
Complaints like this are a badge of honor
