This is [edited]. But he uses many fake alias names like [edited], and [edited]. He is a very well-known and infamous con-artist in the industries of local construction, website development, graphic design, and online cannabis sales. Please read the rest of my report about him for more details and avoid this man at all costs.
He changed his last name in a very weak effort to hide his true identity because he had became infamous for scamming customers, ripped off customers, constant deception (pathological lying) and stalking and harassing and threatening women. I am also a female victim of [edited] constant harassment and unhinged rage.
[edited] run a short-lived illegal drug business on the net selling Cannabis. It was called Edmonton420Club. But he constantly ripped off his customers, scammed them, failed to deliver, and he didn't even have the necessary license to operate such a business. Some of his past female victims (like myself) opened a Crime Stoppers Report on [edited] and his illegal business. He quickly lost his illegal business shortly thereafter.
[edited] tried living and working in Fort McMurray with his ex-girlfriend. But he quickly proved himself to be a lazy stoner who couldn't hold down a job if his life depended on it. He just wanted to sit at home and play video games. His girlfriend quickly saw [edited] true colors and dumped him. You can imagine what happened next... [edited] freaked out and became obsessed with terrorizing and harassing his former girlfriend from that point now. She can testify to that, and we have all the screenshots of his text messages to her which clearly prove his non-stop harassment of her.
[edited] currently works in Construction, according to his parents. And he is still continuing his old ways, by scamming and ripped off all his construction clients. That means [edited] days in construction are very limited. Eventually [edited] is going to run out of industries to work in, because he constantly tries to CON his customers in every industry he works in.
However, inside of his own head, [edited] doesn't really work in construction. [edited] has been telling everybody, that he's a multi-millionaire now. He constantly tells everybody that he's made countless millions of dollars from Crypto-Currency. He has millions and millions and he can buy anything on Earth, even a private jet or gigantic mansion. It should be pretty obvious to everybody that it isn't true. He very much isn't a millionaire. The only person on Earth who believes that lie is [edited] himself. Not even his own family buys it, and they are right to do so, because it's made up. He's just pretending to be extremely rich in order to make his perceived enemies "jealous" of him (no one is actually jealous) and to heal his deeply bruised ego.
Desired outcome: Helping people avoid Matthew Edward Williams (Matthew Edward Galpin). So they will not fall victim to his scams, rip-offs, and abuse.

There is a website called "Locate Family." Matt has been using it to find the addresses of his victims. Go to that website right away and make sure they don't have your current address posted. So Matt won't find your address. HOW DO I KNOW ABOUT THIS? Because in April 2022, Matt used that website to look up my old address. Then he contacted me on Facebook, using a fake profile, and he tried to threaten me with my old address. But I got extremely lucky, because they never had my current address. They had my old address at 10340 123 Street, Edmonton. Just to be safe, I emailed that website and told them to delete me from their website completely. So none of my future addresses, will ever appear on that site. I strongly recommend you delete yourself from that website as well. So Matt can never find you. Hopefully, they don't have your current address already posted on there.
I know the girls who created this post about Matt. Because those girls run a Facebook Group about Matt. I joined a few Facebook Groups about Matt almost 2 years ago. The package contained a long letter, very carefully written. The letter told his parents all about the stuff Matt has been up to for years and years. It explained how delusional Matt is, how deranged he is, how obsessed and psycho he is. It explained everything to Matt's mother and father. It also contained TONS of screenshots of the threats, psycho messages, and harassing messages that Matt has sent to girls and guys over the last 8 years. Matt's parents got a very huge surprise in the mail. Matt's Dad also got that package at his work office too. They got a really big wake-up call about their son Matt. The reason why I know about this, is because I'm one of the girls who helped write that letter about you Matt. I helped put it together. Matt would love to hunt me down and get revenge on me, but he can't. He has no clue who I am. I'm using a fake email, fake name, and VPN to hide my IP Address. He has nothing to locate me with. You have to send a video recording of yourself and a secret code to the Admin's email to get into the group. Because we know you can't fake a video recording. No photos, no friends, no posts, nothing. When you see a profile where everything is blank, it's a fake profile (meaning it's Matt).
The letter that we girls sent to Matt's parents. That letter also warned his parent's that Matt is definitely going to become a serial killer, serial rapist, or serial stalker, unless Matt gets very serious mental health treatment. There is no doubt that Matt has major mental illness in his head. Very severe mental illness.

Here's the legal definition of collusion, Matt. "A secret or illegal cooperation or conspiracy, especially in order to cheat or deceive others". Matt has always displayed very clear anger and obsession issues, his behaviour is often extremely unstable and erratic, he's goes all over the map with his behaviour because he's unhinged and unstable (very clear evidence of BPD and HPD Mental Disorders). Why is Chris Galpin so jealous of me?

When you have warrants on you. It's not a question of IF you get caught. It's only a question of WHEN. All you have to do is get pulled over 1 time, or get spotted 1 time by someone who recognizes you. And the warrant never goes away. Also, trying to dodge the warrant only makes your charges worse because you tried to avoid justice. The judge takes that into consideration.

As a female registered nurse in mental healthcare. I can say beyond any doubt that Matt has Narcissistic Anti-Social Personality Disorder. He also has Borderline Personality Disorder and probably Bipolar Disorder. How do you handle a Narcissist then? How do you handle Matt?
First things first. A narcissist isn't really a person. Narcissists are like Shape Shifters because they change into another person's persona. They become whatever they want to become. They pretend to be nice, pretend to be rich, pretend to be smart, pretend to be prince charming, pretend to be normal and healthy, etc. Does any of that sound familiar? Of course it sounds familiar, I basically just described Matt perfectly. He pretends to be all of those things and more. He adapts to whatever false identity he wants to become like a Shape Shifter. Rather than doing what normal people do, which is just being themselves and not pretending to be other things.
MY RECOMMENDATION:
Any narcissist (like Matt) thrives on power, gas lighting, contact, and drama. They have to be in control or it drives them absolutely insane. If they ever feel offended, or feel like they lost power, they will instantly resort to tearing you down. Rest assured, they will throw lots of insults at you and say offensive things. The reason behind that is because they feel offended and weakened and they need to tear down the other person to take away some of that person's power too. They feel like they are regaining power by ripping down other people. They don't feel as powerless anymore, they feel like there back on top and in control once again.
The most CLEAR SIGN of any narcissist is they don't believe they have any problems. They are perfect and a gift from God. The problem is everybody else. Other people are the problem. Matt has demonstrated that very clearly. Matt said numerous times he doesn't consider his victims to be victims. He thinks his victims bought this on themselves, they deserved to be attacked by him, THEY are the problem and not him. Matt thinks he's the good guy here, he's the righteous and flawless guy here. That is a CRYSTAL CLEAR sign of extreme narcissism in its base form. Blaming everybody except yourself, never looking within yourself, never analyzing yourself, never changing or seeking professional help.
*** HANDLING A NARCISSIST ***
As mentioned before, every narcissist thrives on contact and power and drama. So deprive them of those things. The best way to handle a narcissist is to simple walk away and don't engage them. They will still throw insults at you, just so they can feel like they got in the last word. That gives them a feeling of power over you. But if don't engage with them, eventually they will lose interest and move on to somebody else. Rest assured, if you move on and walk away, the narcissist will seek out new victims instead. Because they need to get their contact and drama fix from somebody, and if they can't get that from you, then they will get it from somebody else. Matt is famous for using dating accounts to seek out fresh victims for that exact reason, he needs to get his drama and contact and power fix from somebody. He craves it. A narcissist can't stand seeing other people happy and peaceful (especially his victims). They will try to tear you down so they can feel like they got some type of revenge on you, and thereby, they get a sense of power over you. Although it's a false sense of power. Just don't respond to them and let them throw out insults and continue with your happy and peaceful life. That takes away all of the narcissists power over you. It's like the famous and old saying goes, "THE BEST FORM OF REVENGE IS LIVING WELL." As long you are happy and peaceful, Matt will hate your guts because he knows you succeeded in your life, and he's got no power to change your happiness.
