This is [edited]. But he uses many fake alias names like [edited], and [edited]. He is a very well-known and infamous con-artist in the industries of local construction, website development, graphic design, and online cannabis sales. Please read the rest of my report about him for more details and avoid this man at all costs.
He changed his last name in a very weak effort to hide his true identity because he had became infamous for scamming customers, ripped off customers, constant deception (pathological lying) and stalking and harassing and threatening women. I am also a female victim of [edited] constant harassment and unhinged rage.
[edited] run a short-lived illegal drug business on the net selling Cannabis. It was called Edmonton420Club. But he constantly ripped off his customers, scammed them, failed to deliver, and he didn't even have the necessary license to operate such a business. Some of his past female victims (like myself) opened a Crime Stoppers Report on [edited] and his illegal business. He quickly lost his illegal business shortly thereafter.
[edited] tried living and working in Fort McMurray with his ex-girlfriend. But he quickly proved himself to be a lazy stoner who couldn't hold down a job if his life depended on it. He just wanted to sit at home and play video games. His girlfriend quickly saw [edited] true colors and dumped him. You can imagine what happened next... [edited] freaked out and became obsessed with terrorizing and harassing his former girlfriend from that point now. She can testify to that, and we have all the screenshots of his text messages to her which clearly prove his non-stop harassment of her.
[edited] currently works in Construction, according to his parents. And he is still continuing his old ways, by scamming and ripped off all his construction clients. That means [edited] days in construction are very limited. Eventually [edited] is going to run out of industries to work in, because he constantly tries to CON his customers in every industry he works in.
However, inside of his own head, [edited] doesn't really work in construction. [edited] has been telling everybody, that he's a multi-millionaire now. He constantly tells everybody that he's made countless millions of dollars from Crypto-Currency. He has millions and millions and he can buy anything on Earth, even a private jet or gigantic mansion. It should be pretty obvious to everybody that it isn't true. He very much isn't a millionaire. The only person on Earth who believes that lie is [edited] himself. Not even his own family buys it, and they are right to do so, because it's made up. He's just pretending to be extremely rich in order to make his perceived enemies "jealous" of him (no one is actually jealous) and to heal his deeply bruised ego.
Desired outcome: Helping people avoid Matthew Edward Williams (Matthew Edward Galpin). So they will not fall victim to his scams, rip-offs, and abuse.

After Chris was banned from the group, he sent screenshots and voice recordings of his conversations with Stav. To prove that Stav is on his side, and not on our side, I guess. Typical childish nonsense of Chris. In the screenshots and recordings, Stav was seen insulting other members. Not very harshly, but still insulting and mocking. So that is why we banned Stav. She was going behind people's backs and throwing dirt at them. In retrospect, we should have just given her a warning to stop it and not ban her. But what's done is done. She attacked others, so we attacked her in return, and ultimately we banned her. She is welcome to keep working with Chris.
Our group is still growing far fastest than Chris's tiny page (just today we gained another 6 people), his Instagram group isn't going anywhere. Our group is far bigger than Chris's. We also suspect that he is secretly working with Matt, so keeping Chris banned will benefit all of us. The remaining members will support each other and delight in mocking Matt and laughing at him, as well as sharing info about him. Any members who attack other members (like Stav and Chris) will be likewise banned.
That's all lies. There is no such proof that is trashed talked anyone or betrayed anyone's trust. Multiple times me and others have confronted Ashley and Alison about these lies and they just run away. But I have evidence of them attacking me and harrasing me over and over.

I've known Matt since early school. I saw the post about Matt on Reddit. I have a successful career in psychiatry today. I can tell you exactly what's wrong with Matt based on the fact that I've known him since school and because of my background in psychiatry. If you want to know how Matt thinks and functions, here are the answers to the mystery of his mind.
Human beings are shaped by our experiences, our backgrounds, and our social environments. So you need to understand Matt's background before you can understand how he became this way. Let me quickly breakdown Matt's background for you. Matt was always the loser in our school. The black sheep. The outcast. The social loner. The nobody. The reject. Matt was the creepy, weird, and awkward kid who no one wanted to be friends with. He was the loser of the losers. The bottom of the barrel. He really had no friends. Almost no friends. I'm not picking on Matt or bashing him, I'm just describing how Matt was treated and how he was viewed by everybody. I am laying the groundwork for how Matt's mind developed.
That kind of social rejection and social intolerance takes a heavy toll over the years. Matt felt abandoned, rejected, shunned, and tossed away by everybody. Matt felt discarded by society and his peers. Those bitter feelings have created an intense burning desire for revenge and resentment inside of Matt. Matt wants to get revenge on every person who looked down on him, laughed at him, mocked him, belittled him, and made him feel inferior or weak. Matt's been kicked around and laughed at his entire life, and he's had enough. Enough is enough. He wants to even the score now. He wants to rub dirt in the face of every person who looked down on him and laugh in their face. Matt wants to make those people suffer just like he suffered. All of those long years of social rejection that Matt went through, have turned Matt into a person obsessed with revenge. Matt also would have retreated within myself and developed a sort a alter-ego. Building himself up within himself to compensate for the constant rejection he felt and experienced.
NOW you understand Matt's background and how he became this way. Next, let's examine the flaws in Matt's logic and thinking.
To be perfectly fair, any guy who got rejected as much as Matt did would feel lots of bitterness and hate towards the people who rejected him. If I constantly got rejected by men, I would also feel bitter towards men. BUT HERE IS THE PROBLEM WITH MATT. Matt is filled with so much anger and bitterness for the long years of rejection he had to suffer, that he has become HYPERSENSITIVE to rejection. That means, he can't tolerant any form of rejection anymore. Even a very small rejection is too much for Matt to handle. He can't take any rejection in any form at all. That is why Matt attacks girls just because they refused to have drinks with him, or they don't want to talk to him, or they unmatched him on a dating app. Those are small rejections which most guys can easily handle. But Matt is HYPERSENSITIVE to rejection and he can't take it. There are many people who can testify to that fact.
Furthermore, Matt often attacks everybody around him. Even people who did nothing bad to him. In my field of psychiatry, we have a phenomenon called "misplaced anger." Misplaced anger is when you take out your anger on the wrong person. You take it out on innocent people. You are directly your anger into the wrong direction (i.e. misplaced anger). Matt displays misplaced anger all the time. You can easily find many people who politely told Matt to go away, and Matt responded by making them a target of his wrath and rage. Politely telling Matt to go away is not a reason to get attacked. But Matt attacks them anyway. That is known as "Misplaced Anger" in psychiatry. The problem is Matt doesn't know how to control and channel his anger. So when Matt's anger comes out, it comes out like a nuclear bomb which destroys everything in its path. Anger is not a bad thing, it's a defensive mechanism when used properly. But Matt doesn't know how. He's like a blind man swinging a baseball bat, smashing whatever he can hit. Pure chaos. No self control.
There's another phenomenon in psychiatry called "Projection." Projection is when you pretend like other people are doing the things that you are actually doing. You are "projecting" your actions onto other people. It is trademark example of manipulation. Matt displays projection all the time. As a matter of fact, Matt has displayed projection numerous times in this very chat thread. For example, Matt has said numerous times that people like us "dish it out but we can't take it." But in reality, Matt is the one who always dishes it out and can't take it. He is notorious for his inability to take insults or pushback without holding a grudge.
IN CONCLUSION, WHAT DOES THIS ALL MEAN?
It means that Matt is a very troubled and disturbed individual with severe psychological issues. No one can properly diagnose Matt unless he sits down for a full battery of tests (which he will never do). But I can tell you what he most likely suffers from. Matt most likely has Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Histrionic Personality Disorder (HPD), Narcissistic Anti-Social Personality Disorder (NPD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and some degree of high functioning Autism or Autistic characteristics. It is extremely likely that Matt has all of the above, given the rage and anger he displays and his inability to channel them. As well as his delusional and some times paranoid thinking, and his display of obsessive and harassment based patterns.
WHAT IS RECOMMENDED?
The mental illnesses Matt suffers from are progressive. That means they get worse and worse over time, unless they get treated. It is strongly recommended to avoid Matt wherever possible. By all means, please report him if you see him but keep your distance. Unless Matt receives professional help from a Psychiatrist and put on medication, his mental issues will only get worse over time and his mental state will gradually deteriorate. We can expect his behaviors to get more erratic, unstable, and dangerous as he deteriorates. That is why caution is advised around him.

You have to prove in Court the lies are real lies, you have to prove it was completely false and not true. You also have to prove you lost money because of those lies.
