M-W Tactical - Fibre insulation done but struggling for more the 2 weeks to get it activated

I have been phoning almost every day for the last tow weeks to get my fibre activated every thing was installed and the rooter was sent not one of the numbers consultants with a promise that I will get feed back up to date I have hade no feed back what so ever I am very disappointed on the lack of customer service that you compony delivers ! Worst I have ever experienced.

Desired outcome: Id appreciate a response ASAP you call centre is of no help. [protected] Adriaan Erasmus
