BE AWARE OF HOLIDAY RETURN POLICIES!
Trying to get a jump on the holiday rush, I placed an order on November 10th. The garment arrived on December 1st. This item was a Christmas gift... The pants did not fit. When I tried returning the item, I noticed there was no mention of holiday items. I reached out to a customer service agent via chat on different occasions - 1) no response from an agent; 2) Chat with agent became inactive as they were trying to find out information on return policy...3) finally got a response from the agent who told me I was too late to return the item.
I'm not looking for a refund... I just want a credit. I don't think that an item purchased in mid November and received from the retailer in early December would not be included in the holiday return policy. It has never been worn, all tags are attached... and quit frankly this item is still being sold on their site.
Very disappointed, I will think twice about making future gift purchases (especially the holiday purchases) in the future.
