Hi, please refrain from ordering on their website, They have the worst customer service ever. I have been following up on my refund, but they keep telling me that they have not received the product even after 14 days of return through their courier partner (Order #BS6IKI). They themselves do not meet the timelines that is mentioned on their website. I am hoping to get my money back, but have advised all my friends and family never ever to order from Mango again. I bought a bag from mango jordan city mall branch,
It ruined my clotges all the time leaving small particles on my clothers, and i tried to clean a spot on it, it got discoled from water, i asked city mall branch to do any customer support, they left me more than 20 minutes waiting till the branch manager came from the storeage area, he pretended in a cold attitidue and unprofessional way that he will try to see what he can do, and ask me if i should give him my number, or he should take my number to get back to me, i told him to take my number, since its his job to support my complain, and i knew he will not call, i just gave him a chance, he didn't call or done anything,
I gave the bag anotger chance today, and it ruined my pant.
I am very pissed of from this experience i beared from mango, now its my number 1 worst place to shop ever,
And i need full support for the ruined pant, andthe bag now have one hole from bottom, and i cant, and wont wear it. The bag is bought on feb 18, and i wore it max 5 times.

Hello. I order some items from mango on the 21 of February. Then I realize that the address was not correct. I change right away and send email to them. After 5 days I receive email saying that my order left and it's not possible to change delivery address any more. My order been shipped to a different country. I am currently in Egypt and my order went to Uzbekistan.
This same thing happened to me and they refused to reship it. Luckily I was able to pick up my package. They seem to have a terrible relationship with their shippers if they cannot edit a shipping address.
No refund and missing order
I purchased in early jan over $1200 items and when I received the package, the warehouse sent me someone else's order of 2 jackets and they got mine. I returned the item immediately and had to call several times for them to be able to locate and confirm it was returned and my order was there. That was the 21st. I received the second half of my order to return it next day for refund and they never added to my account and they still haven't sent out my first large order package and everytime I try to deal with customer service - they "cannot help me", they don't have any supervisors, or managers and cannot connect me to the right departments. I still have had no updates, no information is added to my account and out $1200 dollars. I am beyond warning everyone that this is a fraud company - do not support. File immediately to the bbb, and have to file an issue with my bank to try to get my money back. I have wasted hours of my time, have stressed unconditionally, and been faced with untrained and lacking customer care.

The issue that I have experienced was: This is regarding incident number mn20181134411 after complaining for my refund. I order a jacket worth approx 12000INR through mango online application. I had to return it due to size issue. I send back the parcel on 6th dec 2018. Didn't receive an update from mango for a week so I decided to contact them and then they messaged that my parcel haven't reached their warehouse. I kept on contacting them n the courier company and finally on 08/01/19 I got an email from mango that my parcel have been received in their warehouse and my refund will be done in 3-12 working days. It's way beyond the timeline and I haven't received the refund yet. I have been contacting them on regular basis only to here from them that we are looking into the matter and will get back to you shortly. Till date there is no refund.

I had placed 2 return request for the online purchase. Both my orders have been picked up by the courier partner of mango. It's been more than 2 months and I haven't received any status update of my refund. Literally the worst customer service. When I contacted them I was told the parcel haven't reached them yet and I was told to wait and eventually (no time estimate was provided or where my parcel is) I will receive my refund.

Mango seriously needs to look at its Customer Service and its partnership with Hermes. I am surprised that with the number of complaints around missing deliveries that Mango has not looked into improving its Customer Service team. This has made me hesitant to use Mang9 ever again.
The issue that I have experienced was that Hermes say they delivered my item on 03/01 at 2.18pm. No delivery was made as I was home. Called Hermes who state they delivered to No 42. No one was home at No 42 to accept a delivery. Then get told there was an incomplete address on the delivery (the invoice from Mango shows no door number or post code) and I have to raise issues with Mango. Called Mango Customer Services 03/01 17.56pm. Was advised they would contact Hermes. I requested full refund.
Called Mango Customer Services again 07/01 16.15pm as no update and no refund since 03/01. No contact with Hermes had even been made! Was told again they would need to contact Hermes. No response to why this was not done 03/01. Advisor stated cannot put me through to a manager. Complaints process is to complete feedback online or through him. Told timeline of 2 days for them to email Hermes despite me being able to call them and get told they've lost this item within 30 seconds. The advisor was close to implying I had not filled in the correct delivery address but refrained once I advised him that I did not need to as a registered customer as my details were lifted into the order!
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter and a refund. I should not have to wait until Mango gets its act together between their internal teams and Hermes.

I bought a few items from the mango online store in September. The items i purchased were delivered, however, the quality of the clothing is pathetic especially for the cost. I logged a return for one of the items and it was collected by Dawnwing on the 19 Oct. 2018. I waited for mango to contact me regarding my returned item and they did not. so I emailed them using the online contact platform to inquire about my returned item and the said that they did not receive it and I must send them a copy of my waybill slip which I did and they did not respond to my email at all. It is almost a month and I have not been refunded for my returned item and neither have I received any correspondence from mango regarding my returned item.

Wrong delivery & horrible customer service
Did not realise how problematic online shopping was with Mango until I went onto their Facebook page. Their customer service is atrocious.
Ordered some items from them, and I believed everything was going well with delivery until I received my package. While the courier sticker was in my name with my address in Hong Kong, the package was clearly addressed to someone with a different name in CANADA. Of course, the items were not mine.
I would have understood if the package was meant for someone else from Hong Kong, but to have received one meant to be sent to a country on a different continent altogether is ridiculous. I have since returned the items to their physical store here, and all I want is a refund, as judging from all the complaints on their Facebook page, I do not think I will be getting my actual order. To this day, it has been a nightmare trying to reach ANYONE from customer service via email/social media/web forms, and while I have been replied to ONCE, he/she has not been helpful in the slightest.
Based on all the other angry customer comments, I will have to continue trying to reach them, but expectations are zilch at this point.

I am writing this letter to formally complain one of the staff of MANGO at the Newport Mall named Ms. ELEN FERNANDEZ for being rude and letting me waited for almost an hour just to get assisted with regards to my concern.
August 17, 2018 at 22:51 me and my partner bought a One-Piece suit and a Handbag at this store. Everything went well, unti I found out the next day that the Suit and the Handbag are both damage and defected. I enter the store on August 17, 2018 at around 22:15, ask one of the staff to give me the SUIT because prior to that day I already saw that and promise one of the accomodating staff that i'll comeback and get it so she already knows which suit I am reffering to. I fit the suit, tell them that I was planning to wear it, I gave it to one of the staff and she went to the cashier and my partner pays for the bill. I suddenly changed my mind and wasn't informed that they removed the tag until I noticed that it wasn't there when I went back home and decided to go back and see if there is a way for me to let it changed.
August 18, 2018 at 21:00 I went back to the Store and approach Ms. Elen Fernandez to tell her that I was there to ask if there is a way for me to exchange just the SUIT because I found out that there is a damage from it. She ask the receipt and I let her see it, she then get the SUIT and told me that she'll need to let it examined by the manager so i let her do it. Afterwards, she told me that I can't let it exchanged into a new one and then I let her explain why. She told me that she reviewed the cctv footage (I don't know if it's true) and told me that I went out of the store wearing the same SUIT so it really can't be changed because I already worn it, and this is where the commosion starts because that's completely a lie. I didn't wear the suit, I did fit it but after that I really didn't know why I didn't notice the damaged on it. I asked her If I can speak with the manager and refuses to do so, I was so surprised because at first she told me that she'll let it examined by her manager and when I was aking to talk to the manager she said the manager already went home. All I want to know is just the reason why I can't let it exchanged to a new one when it clearly says in front of the cashier that defected items can be change within one week. She doesn't even have the right manners to talk to me as a customer and keep on telling a lie and excuses when in fact the manager wasn't really there. She even let me waited, didn't assist my concern for almost an hour and didn't give me the concrete reason why I really can't change it. This woman doesn't really have a good customer service, I wouldn't be so angry and devastated only if she tells me the right way to handle it and didn't let me wait for a long time. I was there for two hours just wanting to know why I can't changed and she is just insisting that they gave me a new stock. If its a new stock then why it is damaged. I really want to raise this concern and want you to apply certain actions with that wonan specially for the treatment that she gave me. I wouldn't be like this only if she have atleast the right way to talk to me person to person. I am going to wait for a feedback in this matter and I am hoping that you will give atleast a punishment with this woman for treating me like nothing. I am still a customer who deserves a good customer service. I'd like you to investigate and I will keep coming back until I'll get the concrete reason why I can't exchange when it clearly says that damaged items can be exchanged within a week. I am so disappointed, specially telling me that the fabric of the SUIT is really sensitive so it can easily be broken and blaming me that I was the one responsible for it. I've sent a complaint over 5 months ago about a pair of heel boots I purchased from your mango store here in Doha, the heel of the boot broke while I was out wearing them, as you can imagine the embarrassment and anger as I had not owned the the shoes for very long, I immediately emailed mango over 5 months ago in regards to what had happened and they requested I return to the store with the shoes, months later I did just that and spoke to the store manager who had told me the shoe was no longer in stock because it was from last season so I wasn't able to get a refund as I wasn't looking for a refund just simply for the shoes to be fixed or replaced as it must have been a faulty pair, he then went to say they had a a shoe repair in the mall and they would be happy to take them there to get fixed, I agreed that would be fine.. even though I would have preferred him to return it to the original mango headquarters anyways I left the shoes with him and 2 days later he called me to apologise and say they weren't able to fix the shoe, I still haven't gone back to the store to collect my broken shoes and have decided to contact you directly to see if you can get the store owners to instead return it to Spain in return for a new pair. I shouldn't have to waste anymore time and money going back and forth.

I had ordered a trench coat on 16th Jan 2018 from shop.mango.com for Germany website - order no BHP63L. And returned it to the local Mango store immediately due to issues with fit. For refunds they havent paid me back via the bank transfer since then.
I have chased them via emails, calls and online tweets, but they just dont return the money. even annoying is they keep asking for bank details over emails. I maintained that in the site and sent via emails so many times. still they ask or send an email money is refunded, but no money comes into the account.
they are really dumb and irritating, no use of follows up via calls or emails since Jan. they wasted our time and frustrate us and cheat us even when we returned immediately.
I need the money back from this company and they cheated us.

I order 2 items. A pair of jeans and a jacket. The order took a while to arrive. When it did the jacked was invoiced as the right color but they sent the wrong color. I returned both items as the jeans were a bad for too. I followed their return/exchange protocols and requested that they send the right color. As an extra precaution I emailed them to tell them that I was doing so. The next thing I receive a credit for the jacket and not the pants! I called their 800# to ask,
1. Where was my credit for the jeans?
2. Why had they not exchanged the jacket per my request.
I was told they will credit me for the jeans and they could not send the correct color as they did not have the item any longer. I pointed out that at that very moment I was on their website and could order that very jacket in the right color!
As for the credit for the jeans they have not done so. They now have my money and their jeans. Is that not theft?
A torn dress
It's getting worse and worse. It used to be a great store with cool clothes, now it's something I don't want to buy from because everything is terrible.

Last time I ordered was really the last one. One of the dresses (that weren't cheap, by the way) had a hole in the middle that was clearly seen. Are you blind not to see what you're sending? How did you let this happen? What a shame!
