I made an order on 2 of january and i recieved an email with a link to track the order when i checked it it was fake and i contacted the shipping company in the link they said that there is no orders for me i sent the custome care in Mango several emails to clarify with no respone and this is really unappropiate way from a reputabel company i dont know what to do the money is with drawn from visa and i recieved nothing and custome care is not answering.
I want a solution for this ridiclous situation and the custome care is not respecting the customers.
