I paid for an item from Manicaa.com R1400, on the 6 Aug 2021 then they said that item is out of stock and I can buy an alternative item, or receive my money back, so I opted for my refund, I have given them my banking details and on various occasions followed up with them I just dont get a refund, I have many emails back and forth to prove my query with them then in Oct 21
they said I need to wait 3 months for refund
I tried phoning them no answer - Order number #[protected] - their phone no
[protected] - [protected]@manicaa.com
I also saw some reviews on the website that they are actually a scam
Desired outcome: refund of my money R1400
I have paid for my item and to-date not received. I have tried emailing and phoning with no luck.

Still now luck from Manicaa, even though they stated they would contact me.
They promised a refund and nothing.
