I ordered and paid in November 2022
I have ordered and paid in November 2022 and until now did not receive my order. I have been trying to reach out for customer service but no reply from MarkaVip end other than a generic response with the same paragraph sent to me with no further information about my order, the shipping details, date of delivery, reason of delay or even a possibility of money refund!
It’s February 2023 and I still have no clue what happened to my order or if I can get my money back!
What can I do? Who can complain to?
They don’t provide any way of communication other than a phone number that doesn’t not answer calls and only replies to whatsapp with the same generic message every time.
Please help.

Markavip forcefully gave notice to 100 employees in Jordan on January 2017, we were forced to sign resignation papers forfeiting our rights to severance pay with assurance we would be paid all our compensation.
I'm currently owed over 3000 JDs from severance pay to vacation balance.

I ordered a basketball nike freak 1 shoe from marka vip, last february 11, 2020, the delivery has been delayed, and when I recieved the package last february 18, 2020, when I opened it, its just an eyeglass with small white box inside, I need a refund or I need the exact item to be delivered, im thinking that this is a scam, its a hard earned money and 492.19sr is a big money, but I do trust your company because I have two items bought before at this same site, hoping to hear from you and an immediate action should be done. I am calling your service center at around 4:20pm today but nobody is answering, and besides there is no enough time for me to talk to your call center because the delivery came late.. Thank you

I am so disappointed.
I made an order since 3/030/2019 and paid with my credit card and the shipment suppose to be reach me from 1- 4 working days after payment. The amount has been deducted from my account, and then I received a call from the website (marka vip) asking me to send them a screen shot from the deduction sms and from my credit card!
I communicate again with them through the live chat and told them that it is not legal to send you a picture of my card or tell you any detail about it. But they insist that if I didn't send them the picture of the last 4 digits of my card they will cancel the shipment. Then I received an email from them asking me again to send them the screen shot for the sms (or) the first 6 digits or last 4 digits of my payment card. So, I send them a screen shot of the deduction sms and covered the card details. As it is illegal to send such information, and I asked the bank as well and advised me no to send the card picture. As no one asking for the card picture!
And after waiting for almost one week. I surprised that they call me again on 09/03/2019 telling me that they have canceled the shipment! Because I didnt send them the card picture. I told them that you said in the email the sms (or) the card, and I did send you the sms! It is not your right to cancel my shipment as I have already paid for it and deducted from my card! As she said their higher manager (sumaya) this is their procedure and they have nothing to do now. And the amount might return withen 15 working days! Which is totally not acceptable because the agreement was to receive me shipment withen 1 - 4 working days. And now they want to return the amount withen 15 working days!
Which caused me a lot of problems because I need the amount to solve my issue that they put me in!
She (sumaya) just keep to apologize without solving my problem! I told her re-ship it again and I will pay it on delivery, but she didn't reply to me. It was very very very bad experience with that website and will never deal with them again. As unfortunately I have ordered from them previously.
Bad experience and poor service
I bought a bag from Markavip online store and it was a Christmas present for my wife. My order arrived late and I received it only yesterday. When I opened the package I realized it was not what I paid for - absolutely wrong bag.
I contacted their customer service right away but they did not reply anything yet. No matter what their answer will be I will not order from them again. Order did not arrive on time and it was incorrect!
Bad experience
My item was supposed to be delivered within 7 days, but three weeks already passed and still nothing. I tried to get some information about my order and emailed MarkaVIP support many times but there was no reply.
I'm very disappointed with the company and terrible lack of customer support.
This was definitely my first and last purchase. I do not recommend MarkaVIP.
I got only robotic responses and impossible to contact the seller
I bought the item from the company www.markavip.com in the beginning of July. The company collected money from my card within couple of hours, and it was fast. But it is mid-August already and I still haven’t received the order. I emailed them and complained about the situation, but I got only robotic response, where was written that the order would be delivered within 10-15 days. I tried to reach the seller, but this company has sent only robotic emails. Awful company.
Unprofessional service
I ordered few items and delivery was scheduled for Monday that i waited the whole day no one called me or ether came. Next day I call myself and i ve been told an excuse that driver had a problem even though no one ever informed me so i wasted my day in waitings. My order cost while i ordered was 276 AED and when driver came it was 392 AED on what driver said you better pay this amount as he doesn't know why there is a difference! People who is working so unprofessional. I spoke to Mr. Salim over the phone and asked manager to contact me as I'm very upset, do you think any one ever contacted me...?!
They still haven't returned my money back
People, be aware that the company www.markavip.com is big scam. I ordered boots from them, but these jerks provided wrong size. I already returned the shoes and asked to provide full refund, but these scammers stopped to reply suddenly. They haven’t provided any order back and no news from them. The company is horrible, so better don’t waste your money and time. And share your views about them.
Bad quality products
Id like to ask about who could help me regarding my compalaint against markavip. I ordered a versace 1969 bag but when they deliver it the bag looks like fake. The stitches and the leather were ok. I have some picttures to show it. I then called markavip regarding this and what they just said was sorry, and told me that i can return the bag to them. I also asked them if i can get my money back but they said the only way i can get my money is thru their matkavip acct meaning i will have to order another item jn exchange for the bag. So i ordered another one even if im doubtful already about their products just to get my money from them. After 1 and a half month of waiting, i called them to follow up regarding my order bcoz usually itll just take 2-3 weeks for an item to arrive. They told me thag theyre working on it already and ill be receiving my order in few days. After several days i missed a call from them. Bcoz that time i was working and wasnt able to answer my phone. But they didnt call me again after that.. After 5days when j checked my markavip account, i was surprised to see that my order was already cancelled without even informing me. I called them and they told me that my order was not available bcoz the supplier send them a different item blah blah. So i insisted for the second time to just get my money back. Bcoz this is really a hassle for 2months already. But they said they cannot give the money as per their policy. Iplease help me what can i do about it. This markavip company is really a big stress and they dont even know how to deal with this kind of problem else than just saying sorry. I hope u could help me. Thank u

Guys! you are not alone...There are thousands of unsatisfied customers like us, who have been conned by this company...Its unbelievable, the range of excuses they have lined up for delays...and promises they commit for delivery exceed they basic ability to spell their own names, NEVER EVER AGAIN WOULD I SHOP AT THIS ONLINE PORTAL, Iam alternatively planning to address the matter with the Consumer Courts in UAE, These guys cant be fooling people with false promises, and conning them out of the hard earned money.

I was out of town and wasn't able to answer their call and cancelled my order.
I got a Glamrock watch with alot of scartches and sent them picture, they told me I can return it back, but because of my previous experience that I have to order again and not return my money back I told them I will just keep the watch, after 5 months the inside of design of the watch fell, I sent them picture and they replied with "sorry for the inconvenience" and to just go to watch smith to fix it.
My mistake is to order another one, I ordered Givenchy reading glasses, but when they delivered it, the Givenchy glass was on a Chopard box. I am not returning it anymore because they will tell me to return it and order again. It made me think that its fake. I will never order from them again.

Cancelled Order Without Notice
i ordered a gold plated ring with Markavip last week. I then received a missed call from them on +[protected]. i was on a meeting at the moments that's why i cannot answer their call. i then received an email informing me that the item i ordered is on pending state and needs to be confirmed and is asking me to login on my account to check.
When i opened the my account, it shows that the item i ordered has already been cancelled without my consent. i then emailed them to inform that i don't want to cancel my order. they then replied me telling me that they have tried to contact me more than once which i believe that they are lying because i only received 1 missed call from them.
This made me really mad since i am expecting this item to be delivered to me since they deliver things after a month, which i believe is takes a long time. I will never order from this site again. their service is ridiculous and really sucks!

i order two order i june and wait for two long months and called to return mony or get the product they call me if you want to cancell it is ok and they didnt make the refund how can we stop these thieves from dealing with people they are not resbictable at all actually doing this is sadaka because they took people mony and some body had to stopp them any suggestion we can make some thing as a group in amman please send me your e maiils until we find a good layer to have a case for these bad people
