I have been a disabled customer of marks and spencers for years, both instore and online. I keep hearing about the 'sparks card' and its benefits but have never had a physical card. However today i decided to investigate online. I engaged with the chat service and was told that the sparks cards are only accessible online and not in a physical card. To me as a disabled person, this is discriminatory, i have problems due to my health condition in using a computer and i thought m&s claim to be inclusive? my carer telephoned customer services and was told that i can have a physical card, which can be linked to the online card. Staff on the online chat need to be educated better in my opinion. There is conflicting advice whn speaking to online chat assistants and customer service telephone assistants. I feel very offended by the online chat behaviour.
Desired outcome: TO OBTAIN A 'PHYSICAL' SPARKS CARD.
