No tracking record for the product I ordered on 03/13/2021
I am trying to track my order because it hasn't delivered yet, as of 04/08/2021.
After seeing that this company has a record of scams and bait and switch, I want a full refund. They promised express shipping in 12-20 days from the date of order. The charge has shown up on my credit card so I know they received the order. The order number is QIZ83415.
Desired outcome: A full refund for the purchase price and shipping of $58,98.
The VIDIO adds that are presented on AOL ARE FAKE.
I ordered the antique car (Assembly Vintage Classic Car Metal Mechanical Model Toy) and military jeep (ROCHOBBY 1/6 2.4G 2CH 1941 MB SCALER RC Car Jeep) based on getting a model that is put together. After several weeks i was unable to get to the wed site via the link sent for tracking. I contacted PayPal and immediately they contacted me that the shipment was on the way and wanted me to cancel the complaint. DONT DO THIS!
WHAT I GOT WAS NOT WAS ADVERTISED ON THE VIDIO. They did send two packages. I was to pay $108.00 for two models that can be bought for $12.00. YOU DONT PUT ANYTHING TOGETHER AND THEY DO NOT RUN!
THEY WERE NOT WAS WAS ADVERTISED. THEY CAME IN AND WERE VERY INESPENMSIVE MODELS THAT CAN BE BOUGHT AT ANY STORE FOR A FEW BUCKS.
DONT BUY ANTHING THAT THIS COMPANY SELLS FROM ADDS AS YOU WILL NOT GET IT AND IF YOU DO NOT STAY DILIGANT YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.
Desired outcome: THEY DID NOT RESPONDE TO PAYPAL AND THE PAYMENT WAS DENIED.
