I went to Ken's in June to get my audio system installed. I bought it from Scott for $1076, which included installation. They called me after lunch and said it was ready to pick up. When I got in my truck, I saw a big crack in the middle of my dash. I went back into the store to tell them about it. Scott came out and took photos of the damage. He said they would take care of it and that Kenny would be in touch soon. It's been almost two months and I've made a lot of phone calls, but Kens Audio still hasn't paid the $360 to replace my dash. I talked to Scott, Austin, and Pam and they all said Kens would pay for it. Can someone help me out here?

I dropped off my car on July *** 2022 and picked it up the same day when they called me that the installation was done. But when I got home, I saw that the technician drilled a hole for the USB in the wrong place. I asked them to route it to the cell phone bin in the console, but they drilled through the top of the bin and also punched through the bottom of the bin and into my center console. Now, I have two extra 3/4" holes and a damaged center console. I went to another shop to get an estimate for the repair, and it was $1,437. I took the estimate to Ken's, and Scott said that they caused the damage and took some pictures. He said he would talk to the owner and get back to me by the end of the next day. But it's been 8 days, and I haven't heard anything from them.
