I had an excellent experience with this company. I had this property in Birmingham that was abandoned by a tenant and then had a squatter in it. COuldn't get him out, the police said they couldn't evict him, but I still had to pay my note and taxes regardless. Jonathan and his team made me an offer and closed 3 weeks later. I never even came back to Birmingham for the closing, it was all handled online or by mail.

This company screwed over our family. A whole month wasted in trying to sell our home to them. My husband and I worked with them and all the contracts we signed but they failed to stick to their own contract. Dodged our phone calls. Fed us a bunch of bull the whole time. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My husband put in his two weeks notice at works to be out of here for them to buy this house because they said they would allow us a day or so after closing to get our stuff out and then they ended up not buying our home! We are furious! Stay far far away from Jonathon and Bham Buyers!
