I bought a truck from the dealership, but after 3 months, the engine failed. I called the dealership multiple times and finally spoke to the manager, ***, who hasn't called me back. I bought a 2013 Ford F-150 in August, and the motor failed in November. I paid $19,000 for the truck. I told the manager about the issue, and he said he would check it out and call me back. It's been almost a month, and I've left him several messages, but he hasn't returned any calls or given me any updates.

I bought a 2008 SuperDuty F-450 from PricePro.co, LLC on 9/8/2022 for $32,702.84. It ran for only 10 miles before breaking down. They agreed to pick up the truck and bring it back to the dealer for repairs, promising a quick fix. However, it stayed there for nearly 60 days and now it's in worse condition than before. We couldn't even drive it back home; we had to tow it. It's not drivable and poses a safety risk. I've tried contacting the GM, ***, and left messages, but no one has returned my calls. I've even left messages for President ***, but there has been no response whatsoever.

On 07/22/2022, we bought a 2018 Audi A5 from PricePro.co, LLC. We were attracted to the car because of its advanced technology features. However, we later discovered that it was a Canadian version of the Audi, not the US version. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this before the purchase.

As a result, we are unable to utilize many of the technology features that come with the Audi Connect, such as Satellite Map Imagery, Basic Wi-Fi, Traffic information, Traffic light information, my Audi Destinations, Natural voice recognition, Parking information, Amazon Alexa and Amazon Music, Weather and News Remote services, Remote lock/unlock Vehicle status report, Audi service request, Support for emergencies, Car finder, SOS call, Stolen vehicle locator, Online roadside assistance, and Automatic Crash Notification. None of these features work on our car because it is a Canadian version, and in order to use them, it needs to be the American version.

We only discovered this when we tried to activate the services and encountered difficulties. After contacting Audi for assistance, we learned about the Canadian car issue and that these features would not function in America. We made several attempts to reach out to the dealership and spoke to the manager, who promised to get back to us but never did. Our subsequent attempts to contact him were unsuccessful.
