My sister and I was locked into a contract w/o my knowlege..after speaking with several managers and even the manager that signed us up for the service the issue has still not been resolved. The manager that signed us up has since been terminated for signing up several members w/o telling them of the contract and how long they were locked in. So if the company sees that a manager has signed people up after specifically telling them there is no contract and terminated the manager...why is it that we are still held in these contracts? This is bad business and I will not be referring anyone to this location. I know that none of the managers care b/c it is not affecting their pockets directly, but if enough customers cancel b/c of bad business, maybe they will loose their jobs also.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
