I am writing to express my extreme aggravation with your establishment. It has taken me over 4 months to just book 2 simple massage appts. There were never appts available, or one masseuse couldn't do "light" strokes, etc...
I finally was able to get two appts for today. My daughter has been looking forward to this for a long time...
I decided to call the location to reconfirm my appt because I realized I didn't receive any email or text. I call and they tell me I am confirmed for 2 appts but in the Alabama location. I live in New York! I called the Garden City location specifically to book our appts. There is no reason I would have called Alabama...
The rep who answered my call in garden city even went through the call transcript and confirmed that it was for the garden city location! This is beyond frustrating. To top it off, the "compensation" offered was that I would not be charged for today's services since I was not there! Isn't that a given? How is that compensation? Now to rebook 2 appts I will have to wait until at mid Sept! This is ridiculous. No compensation, no resolution. I am beyond baffled at how this establishment is run and how your customer service is handled.
