Max Motorsport review: Faulty car radio

i purchased a radio from max motorsport in December last year and from the time of purchase the radio is giving me problems,the radio stations were jumping,i complained to the installer but is being pushed up and down,two separate technicians have inspected the radio and came up with the same solution that the radio has software problems,now the volume buttons don't work,the menu button doesn't work,now they tell me they have to take out the radio from my car and install it in their vehicle to see what's going on,Peter this is going on now for 12 months,I'm fed up,i just want another radio or my money back,pls help.
