Hi Peter, I purchased a radio for my vw golf 5 gti from max motorsport in September last year and the radio was jumping channels, I listen to east coast radio but it always jumping to other channels, every time I took the radio there, the person who installed the radio would try and reset the radio, I then got fed up and he told me that he's gonna inform his boss, months had passed and no results, then the reverse camera stopped working, when I took it the the same installer by the name of akhil told me that the camera is dead, so I purchased another number plate camera and asked him to install it but that still didn't work, eventually he told me that something is wrong with the radio, he tried other ways and the camera that he said was dead was working but not showing directio when you turn the wheels when in reverse, he said he's gonna tell his boss and let me know, that was that, months passed again and I got fed up and went to max motorsport, I met the owner who told me that, he did not know about my problem and said he will sort it out, I had to take the radio to a technician 35 kms away from me to check the radio, the technician told me that the radio was faulty, then at the shop I was told they would sort out the problem which never happened, Then the all the buttons wre not functioning, I went there again and the technician was there, when he checked the radio he said the radio has a software problem, then I was told to give them time they will sort it out, yesterday I was called in and the radio was taken out to send it for assessment not I'm left without a radio, Peter this is going on for 11 months that I've been pushed from pillow to post with no results, from the time I bought the radio I'm having problems.
Desired outcome: i want a new radio or i want my money back
