Hello,
I purchase a150 count pkg of "moderate" bedpads from them last month for $42.94 total cost.
On their website the claimed they were padded and absorbent.
When they arrived they were packed in a heavy box sized 18"x 14"x 11"deep - but when I opened that box I found a smaller box inside, 16" x 9"x 9" deep.
These pads are so poorly made I liken them to a paper towel glued to a plastic back.
I buy bedpads for a 20 year old diabetic cat that urinates in her sleep.
Normally her bedpads absorb that urine.
With the MaxiAid bedpads the urine pools and my cat wakes up soaked in urine and requires a bath.
I change her bedpads every 4 hours when I feed her, so we go thru 6+ pads in a 24 hour day.
I called the number on their website and they gave me an email address: [protected]@maxiaids.com.
No response.
I found 2 other addresses and sent my complaint to them.
I received one terse response: no returns, no refunds
In frustration I went on their FaceBook page and told my story.
Within 24 hours I received an email asking for my phone number so that someone from the company could call me.
I gave them my phone number but have not received a call yet.
Can you please help me?
Desired outcome: Refund, return unused product
