I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Maxtool. I thought I was getting a good deal, but it turned out to be a total scam. I ordered two items, but they only sent me one. And when I tried to call them to sort it out, they wouldn't even pick up the phone. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

I don't know how they're getting away with this, but it's not right. They know how to work the system on eBay and take advantage of unsuspecting buyers like me. All I want is what I paid for, but it seems like they're not interested in making things right.

I wouldn't recommend Maxtool to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable seller, look elsewhere. Don't fall for their tricks and end up getting ripped off like I did. It's just not worth it.

I was on the hunt for a generator that could do it all, and I stumbled upon Max Tools on E-bay. Their price was pretty sweet, but the shipping carrier that was picked for the final delivery was not up to snuff. It was a bit of a bummer, but the customer service rep at Max Tools Factory Outlet was a real champ and helped me out big time. After three scheduled delivery dates, my product finally arrived. I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with Max Tools Factory Outlet and would definitely recommend them to others. I just hope they can be a bit more careful when it comes to picking freight carriers for their top-notch products.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Maxtool. I ordered 5 items from them, but one was on back order which I knew about when I placed the order. But when my package finally arrived, I only got 3 of the 4 items that were supposed to be in stock. And let me tell you, it took a whole week for that package to get to me, and FedEx even missed their delivery date.

So I reached out to Maxtool to see what was going on, and they told me they thought they shipped all 4 items. Instead of just sending me the in stock item right away, they opened up an "investigation" and said they would contact me shortly. But after 4 days, I still hadn't heard anything from them. When I contacted them again, they just passed me from one person to another and kept saying someone would contact me shortly. But days later, still no contact from them. And they don't even respond to emails!

Honestly, I don't think they really care about their customers. They're just not customer focused at all. I definitely won't be buying from Maxtool again.
