I went to buy some more coffee only to find that they have made their containers even smaller, again! I compared the container one of the containers I still had and found they cheating the customer by giving them 5 ounces less coffee, but charging them the same!
Last time they pulled this their excuse was gas however, when gas prices came down there price stayed the same as well as, the reduced amount of of coffee! Not only that, their coffee is not the same quality and according to other complaints they're buying their coffee bean from Vietnam (agent orange) fields and its making some people sick!
We need to make an example out of them and force them out of business by refusing to buy any of their products from them again or this will continue!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
the coffee smells like horse manure
Actually, Maxwell House did great promotion for a great horse rescue group called RefugeRR in Alexandria, Ontario. Good work Maxwell House! That's why I buy their coffee - because they care about animals. As for their coffee smelling like horse manure, well no one's coffee is perfect. Maybe you should write them and advise them and then they can change the smell.
i bought a box of cappuccinos which should have 8 in the box but just had 6. this is the second time this has happened.
Hello I usually don't post on anything but I read everyones comments. I was compelled to write today because I got really sick after having Maxwell coffee something I've never experienced in the past with this company. It started with a vicious migraine then gradually turned into nausea. This happened on two occassions every possible variable was out ruled. I'm not sure what is going on with this company but there is clearly something going wrong.
I get severe headaches to the point where I almost cannot stand after drinking Maxwell House Coffee. This will last for about 8 hours following drinking anywhere between 2-6 cups. The headaches seem worse after drinking the Maxwell House Lite (50% Caffeine) than drinking the normal, original roast blend. Its a really awful, fatigue type of feeling for the entire day. It feels like there is pressure pushing on my brain. It feels that I drank a load of poison..
I have been EXTREMELY ILL after drinking Maxwell House instant coffee in the blue jar that I recently purchased. It is not expired & the seal was Unbroken. I am having horrible migraines and severe stomach cramping and nausea... this went on for 3 days. At first I thought I had a stomach virus, a week later I tried to drink another cup of this and now the severe stomach pains have begun again. I am the only one in the family drinking this and everybody else is fine. I'm very worried what ingredient is in this making us soooo sick!
Maxwell House med blend. we usually do 10 oz then an additional 4 oz on our kureg machine and it is fine but with the med blend it turns the whole cup into near warm water. Every other brand we are able to do the 10 and 4 to fill the cup. I feel I was ripped because I am not getting what I usually get when I buy coffee
Recently I have found ants in my Maxwell House Instant coffee (original roast) on sale from Walmart in more than one container. Have you had other similar complaints.

I got really sick today and have been sick all day after drinking Maxwell House Morning Roast this morning. It was a new can. It needs to be recalled. My intestines really hurt. This stuff could really be lethal if someone is unhealthy. I will never buy it again.
I can't find any in the store around where i live is this the reason, does anyone know? I guess its off to another type..
I’m so sick after drinking maxwell houses coffee. Vomiting, stomach cramps and multiple trips to the bathroom. This has been gng on for days for me
BecUse I didn’t realize it was the coffee. I am dizzy, weak and so nauseous. I’m about to go to the hospital. Is this happening to anyone else? Apparently so.

Better I’m. Taking those containers of coffee back to my grocery store. Publix here in Florida end I will never drink this poison again.

I have been getting severe migraines for a few months now. Before I start doing any research of course I make myself a cup of Maxwell House. I've paid for mold testing in the house as well as dust mite tests, thinking it was allergies. Everything came back clear.
Thank you all for your posts... it makes perfect sense.
