Mo & Alex were quick to work me into their schedule to investigate a rattle from the furnace system. Their behavior was friendly, courteous and professional and their response was appropriate. They wore masks & shoe covers while they were inside and left no mess. McClintock's technicians have always provided excellent service to us. We will continue to use them as needed.
Excellent service and responsiveness for over 10 years as our installer and service provider. We have an annual service agreement to help extend the life of our unit. Kevin R did winter preventive maintenance today and was very knowledgeable about our unit and past history. We renewed the service agreement again!
We have had a LOT of HVAC work done the past couple years. We replaced two large HVAC systems last year in our previous house, and we just replaced all of the ductwork and added a second floor system to our new house (in a very tight space that required creative solutions). We used McClintock for all of it and we could not be happier with their work and their customer service. When shopping for an HVAC company, we got numerous quotes (6 or 7). McClintock's pricing was very competitive. But more importantly, their customer service is impeccable. They are honest, efficient, reasonably priced, extremely responsive, friendly, and professional. We have recommended McClintock to many friends and family, and we will be customers for life. Highly recommend McClintock HVAC.

Called McClintock to sign up for annual maintenance for 2-systems and that I thought the upstairs unit might be low on refrigerant because in the hottest part of the day it does not cool below 78 (setting is at 76). I told Julie at McClintock that I normally used *** (for 10-years) but in the past two years they sent techs that were not experienced and would try and sell additional services to increase my bill. She said that McClintock does not do that and that Robert, an experienced technician, would be dispatched. Another tech was dispatched without notifying me (Cristian) who started the service and came in (without completing the system checks) and told me that my upstairs unit might need 1-2 LBS of refrigerant at $139 per pound, and that may indicate a leak in the system and "just so I knew" that A/C systems on average only last 10-years (remarkably, exactly the age of my unit). I became very angry that he was clearly trying to sell me a new unit without having even completed the maintenance check. After much back and forth and pulling my receipts for both of my units, which have been maintained annually since installation, only once has this unit needed R-410a refrigerant (5-years ago) and one capacitor. He agreed that this would not signify a leak and that the length of a serviceable unit is not exactly 10-years and depends on regular maintenance. I was angry and called the office to tell them that I did not want their maintenance contract and just wanted to pay for today's service, which came to $443 to clean two units and add one pound of refrigerant. Not only is this an outrageous fee, but Cristian then noted on my bill that "he recommended that I have McClintock perform a leak search for an additional $342 and/or consider replacement of the AC system". Seriously? After standing in front of me and saying that he did not recommend that my system needed replacing and that I would only need to consider a leak check if the unit continued to need refrigerant added every year? Per Devin, the manager, he agreed with Cristian in recommending the replacement of my entire unit since it needed one pound of refrigerant today, after having one pound added 5-years ago. Hmmm, $139 for refrigerant or thousands for a new system?
I just had my AC serviced today with MC Clintock. Brenda did the service and he did a great job! He not only took care of my AC unit but also set up everything on my thermostat to be able to operate it from my I Phone. He was very professional, very skilled. I would highly recommend this company and Brent!
This family owned business recently replaced our Heating and Air Systems. The process was seamless, professional and I knew I was in good hands with this company. Danny provided the quote and he never tried to "over" sell the project. The installer, Mason and his assistant Dillon were so friendly, careful to keep our home clean at all times, wore face masks during the job and explained the work they were doing each day. This is a trustworthy business. I highly recommend them.
We have used and maintained a contract with McClintock for over 12 years. Their technicians all are courteous and knowledgeable. Never have any of them recommended any additional service that we did not need. Today, Elias provided service to us and we are so pleased that he was assigned. Elias took the time to listen to our concerns and as a result identified an issue that needed to be resolved. Hopefully, he will be assigned to us in the future.

McClintock has wonderful service. We had called for emergency service at 8:30 last night and technician Amir was here for almost 2 hrs and solved our problem. Did not complain at all about amount of time here. Great technician and awesomely patient. We have service contracts with this company and have always been pleased. Amir went above and beyond out of his way to find the problem and fix it even though it was late at night. Thank you very much
I am an older widow and buying a new HVAC system was almost as daunting as buying a new car. Armed with some basic research about HVAC and its terminology, I interviewed five different companies (highly recommend at least three) and learned from each one. I live in a ranch style home and one half of the house was always cooler or warmer than the other. Because of this imbalance three of the five companies wanted to install more ductwork in addition to the HVAC system. However one company, McClintock saw no need for additional duct work. They assured me that by taking two days to install and then carefully fine tune their Traine HVAC system, they can regulate the airflow and thus balance the temperature throughout the house. I decided to give them my business based on their professionalism, their clear and detailed contract and their long-standing excellent reputation. McClintock did not disappoint. They came through on all their promises and provided outstanding, courteous service, a cool comfortable house and peace of mind.

I've used McClintock for the past couple of years after I had a bad experience with another company. Mo came today to do my AC tune up. He is very friendly and explained everything to me. They are very responsive, always answer the phone or return calls right away. This is a great company to work with. I highly recommend them.

McClintock Heating & Cooling has been superb in their care for me both before, during and after the installation of a new heat pump 2 months ago and answering all my questions to make sure I understood the new heat pump with zoning on the 1st and 2nd floor so that I could get a thermostat on the 2nd floor to control the upstairs from getting so hot. All the way from their representative meeting me to make sure I understood my options for a new heat pump, to their technicians on the installation and maintenance team and others making sure I understood the new thermostat that can switch automatically between heat and air. They have gone above and beyond helping with things by going the extra mile when needed. All my extensive research to make sure I selected the right company paid off very well. They have bent over backwards to make sure I am satisfied all along the way. And special thanks to their knowledgeable staff and technicians for going the extra mile.
