The technician from Pass One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was courteous and very helpful. He explained everything he was doing, told me what I needed to have done, and provided the reasons for it. I could not ask for anyone better.

The staff is great. They are all very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I have not needed my new AC yet but Im sure it will be just as good as my new furnace.

Excellent service on my routine maintenance. Reminder call the day before, the technician arrived on time, no high-pressure upgrade sales. Supplies were on the truck so there are no "we'll have to come back later" issues. The technician was very pleasant. I recommend this company.

I got home around 530pm my thermostat was not working and we had no heat. We called Pass One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and they sent out their technician who was very professional and friendly. He removed the old thermostat and installed a new one. He also checked over our furnace to make sure that everything else was working properly. We will be using Pass One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for all of our future HVAC needs.

Excellent company. i highly recommend the automatic inspections of your heating/cooling systems. They caught several problems before they became serious issues with my system. They are truly what they claim to be.

I had Pass One Hour install a new heat pump and AC system 5 years ago. In March the tech came to do maintenance and had problems getting the AC to work after dismantling it and had to call for help getting system to work. Last week my basement was wet and I called Pass. Richard said it must be something I had done. I'm disabled and dont go downstairs often. My carpet is ruined and Richard wont take or return my calls. There is an insurance claim pending to help mitigate my damages but I can't install new carpet until the AC problem is fixed. The pipe to take water out of the house dripped behind the unit and destroyed carpet on bedroom and hallway.
