Let us get exactly what we wanted. Kept Nest Thermostat, went above and beyond adding extra shutoff valves in gas lines (including to water heater), redid ductwork, kept UV light, and threw in a humidifier. Hauled away all old stuff; checked in with us the next day, ran new drain lines, etc. Top Tier Company.

We are very pleased with our experiences with Bryant Heating & Cooling. Researching a company for new heating and cooling system installs can be frustrating and worrisome. After online research of several local companies and family/friends recommendations we decided to go with Bryant. Since our initial install of new furnace and AC unit 3 yrs ago, we also had them come out for duct work in our attic exhaust and install a new water heater this year. The owner (who personally came out on the original sales call for furnace/ac unit) the customer service phone rep, as well as their service technician Dylan Cooper have all given topnotch, professional customer service. If I were to sum up this company in 2 words it would be Professional & Trustworthy. We have been particularly impressed with their service technician Dylan Cooper. We request him when scheduling our seasonal maintenance or installs. It's nice when you can count on the same service team year after year.
