Andrew my technician was very professional. The new system has been very good that Eco Air installed for us 8 years ago. I had to have them come out one time for an emergency service call and they were here very fast and had it repaired right away. I highly recommend them for your A/C service.

Had a problem with my AC unit over night called Eco Air first thing this morning, a short time later that morning Michael arrived, he was extremely professional, helpful, explained everything he was doing in plain English, fixed my problem without delay, I could not be more impressed with the service

First time using EcoAir and they were very professional and did a great job with my system. They recommended an Ultraviolet air purification system and an acid wash of my evaporator coil due to the impaction and growth forming in my system. I am very pleased with their work and they will be coming back next year to do my maintenance.

EcoAir is a great company. We have been patrons for 10 years and have found them to be fair, honest, and reliable. The person who answers the phone or comes to the house is professional and courteous. Their products are top of the line. They take the time to answer all our questions. We are lucky to have them service our air conditioner.

Very professional and friendly. Came to my home for estimate. Jeff emailed it to me before he left my home. Estimate was more detailed than others I received. When I decided to proceed they came same day as my phone call. Installers wore masks and were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Eco Air to others in my 55+ community.

Had yearly inspection done today. Jeff was my service technician. He called to tell me he was on his way, well within the two hour scheduled timeframe. Jeff was courteous and told me what he was doing both outside and inside the house. I have been an Eco Air customer for several years now. Always great customer service and response time. Highly recommend.

Very prompt, extremely customer friendly! They do what they promise, they show up on time( with a smile)' they fix what's broke and at a fair price! We've been with them for over 7 years, moved to a new home last year and they kept our credit from a previous location here in Ft.Myers. Checked out our new air conditioning at the new location. We couldn't be happier!

We have been customers for 11 years and have always been satisfied. We have 2 properties and they service both having replaced one of our units 2 years ago. We feel that they are professional and honest. We trusted them to replace the a/c unit in our absence and have no regrets. Today Eco Air came out to do repairs on my A/C I needed outside work plus cleaning and sanitizing all inside ducts and grills.The two men who did the work were extremely professional and efficient. They were very respectful of my property both inside and out. The cleanup when finished was amazing, thank you Ricardo and Diego for such a great job. Outstanding, prompt and professional service was received from Andrew M. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and reassured me that all would be fine until he could get to my house the next afternoon. He called to say he was on his way and within 10 minutes he showed up. Promptly he fixed the problem and checked the entire a/c unit including the filter. Exceptional service and professionalism. I will definitely recommend Eco Air and Andrew !

Recently survived a major "mold" issue in guest room. Mike spent the extra effort to trace another potential mold issue relating to our A/C. All options were clearly explained in detail and we were able to confidently select the appropriate solution. The potential for unknown environmental consequences in Florida demands that any issue involving water, etc. requires the counsel of an experienced professional. Mike and ECO certainly qualify and is highly recommended any/all Air Conditioner / Heating issues and/or concerns.

ECO Air is a trustworthy company. They came the day I called them, the woman on the phone was courteous and knowledgeable. I needed a new AC unit, and they gave me a good deal for a reliable, reputable unit. They installed the next day. Josh Anderson and his partner worked nonstop for 4 hours. They were professional, kind and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. I give this company 5 stars for their product, their employees and their trustworthy professionalism, and recommend them. Eco Air installed a 5 Ton A/C unit a few years ago . The recommended Carrier unit has performed beyond my expectations . The technician ; Jeff did not up sell me but focused on the needs for better efficiency , reliability and of course at a reasonable price . Since the install I have been given courteous , professional service. If you want a trustworthy A/C company who are knowledgeable and who will honestly assess your needs and options, Then this company may be for you . In my opinion this a 5 Star company and I would recommend without reservation .

Professional, courteous and timely service by a family-owned company that deeply cares about its customers and that is interested in building long-term relationships with its clients. We have been with EcoAir for more than 10 years for annual service and maintenance, which has been second to none every year. We recently had to replace our AC system and were provided with excellent service, a fair price, and the most professional and timely installation we have ever experienced here in Florida. We recommend EcoAir to family and friends without any reservation!

Eco Air has installed and serviced my A/C for a few years without any problems until last weeks annual service which was free due to purchasing and having a UV Purification System installed the 27th of February . As the service technician was finishing up his work ,he gave us an invoice charge of $125 for the labor charge for the replacement of an inoperable transformer and UV Kit. The Ballast has a 10 year Warranty and the Bulb one year,so in retrospect I should have done better research due to the fact that this product certainly has not lived up to expectations and future customers be aware that you may be throwing money down the drain buying EcoAir UV System.

Eco Air was originally recommended to us in 2020 by a neighbor for annual servicing of our a/c system. Mark was the tech and did a thorough analysis of our nearly 30 year old system and performed a complete tune-up. This year Jeff was the tech and did another very good job. In discussing the system with him, he identified issues and problems which lead to our deciding to replace our system. He quoted us a reasonable price and we agreed to go ahead with the replacement. Eco's scheduler was able to arrange for Josh and Pete to install the new units on the following day. They were on time, thorough, neat, and incredibly well organized. They completed the job in a little over four hours. They took all of the old equipment, boxes, and debris with them. They patched some leaks in our vent system and had everything working perfectly by the time they left. They were clean, friendly and very, very knowledgeable in their field. We highly recommend Eco Air for their service and installation teams.
