Thank you for correcting the messy job left by a contractor trying to fix our venting issue on our new home. You guys made it right and I enjoyed the educational talk about exterior vents in the soffit. They explained the issue, explained how they would fix it and showed the end result and left the laundry room very clean. Love that the work is warranted. Dr. Duct promptly responded to my concerns that the dryer vent was clogged and there was moisture dripping out of the old system. In their honest opinion, it was one of the worst they had seen ever... Well, now I have a new, efficient dryer vent system that comes with a warranty. The team and technicians were professional and friendly. I fully recommend their services and am looking forward to using their services again in the future.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Dr. Duct and his team. They were prompt and knowledgeable. I called on a weekend expecting to leave a message and Dr. Duct answered and willingly took down my information and reached out promptly the next day. They were quick and efficient. Dr. Duct was very professional from the time I called to request an estimate of the costs. The owner arrived as scheduled to provide the estimate, he explained the work to be done, the cleaning process and provided a detailed costing. His crew, was very polite and completed the work as scheduled, there were no surprises. With their camera system you could see how dusty the main duct was before being cleaned and witness how clean it is after the work is completed. Highly recommended, I will definitely use them again. Turns out they are charging about double of other companies. They charged me $20 to put a paper towel over my stove exhaust as their "inspection". Did not do all the work work as promised in one day. Harassed me by coming to my front door 11 days after work was finished and demanding immediate payment. This after I had already paid half of their bill at the time that work was done. They have no payment terms on their invoices, which I guess means that they can start intimidating clients whenever they like. I would never have them back again because of the issues above. Whether or not they did a good job on the vents, I don't know. Unlike their advertisement, at no time was I shown any of our vents through a camera hook-up.
