The initial proposal was thorough and easy to understand. The installation crew was professional, thorough and pleasant. At major installation points the crew made us aware of the progress. We were comfortable with their presence in our home and adherence to COVID safety protocols. Everyone from our first phone contact through installation was polite and aboveboard. There were no surprises. We would certainly recommend their services.

I have been using John's Refrigeration for many years. I find their service to be reliable, honest, friendly and fair. I replaced my AC unit about 3 years ago and have been satisfied with its performance. Eric was my technician recently and he is friendly and informed me of the results of the inspection. He is knowledgeable and offers suggestions for preserving the life of my system. I will continue to use John's and recommend them to others.

I've been using Johns Heating and Cooling since January . I choose to do service inspections every year for piece of mind during the summer and recently had them install the variable motor monitor and compressor saver. Every Service technician that I welcome to my home is friendly, sociable and professional observing the best cleanliness or other practices if warranted. I'll recommend them highly to anybody in the need!

Had a young tech named Noah check out air conditioning system on a rental with complaint of "Not cooling as good as in past years". Noah was well equipped and did a complete check of the system in mid-afternoon with the outdoor temp at 112 degrees. When completed, he double checked with his supervisor to assure he had covered everything, then reported the system is operating properly. Noah was courteous, properly attired, and clearly knew his job. John's Heating and Cooling gets five stars.

Tech (I'll call him John) arrived on time and was professional, and knowledgeable. Used booties in house. This service was for older heat pump maintenance & check. He showed pics and took his time with work, explaining everything thoroughly. The part that was replaced was expensive and I think mostly labor charge. (mid $400's include maintenance), but I bet all companies are the same on high labor charges. John's Heating and Cooling is reliable and has some good techs. 5 stars for John, 4 stars for the charges.

We have been very happy customers of John's Heating and Cooling Company for well over 20 years. We recently needed a repair to our air conditioner which sits on top of our roof. It was an extremely hot day and the repair took several hours. John was our service person for this job and we are so grateful for the excellent job he did. Our air conditioner is running smoothly because of John's hard work. We want to thank everyone at John's for continually providing us outstanding service.

I have used John's Refrigeration for many years and the serve has always been great. Ivan did a great job today. Very polite and professional. I have a yearly maintenance contract with them and they come out twice a year to make sure everything is running properly. They always send an email with the picture of the person who will be doing the inspection so I know who to expect. The office staff are very nice also. I would recommend John's Refrigeration for your cooling and heating for they have great service.

Johns Refrigeration has always been professional, on time for appointments, does a great job of service options and honest when suggesting maintenance. Our air conditioner went out at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and they had a service man out within 90 minutes. He got everything back up and running before he went home for the weekend. I am super impressed with the service. A huge thanks to Johns for keeping us cool! We would highly recommend Johns Refrigeration if you need repairs, yearly maintenance or new units!

We've used John's Refrigeration now for several years. We replaced our aging HVAC system about 4 1/2 years ago and have been very pleased with the new system! On top of that, we rely on John's for twice a year system checks. They never try to up-sell us and go about their work efficiently, answering any questions we may have. Today's visit was a regular fall system check. Technician Thomas did a great job of explaining what he was there to do; performed his work in a professional manner; and even demonstrated CDC guidelines dealing with Covid, keeping himself and us safe! John's Refrigeration is a viable company for our household!

We have used John's Refrigeration for several years and continue to be impressed with the professionalism and competence of the entire organization. Daniel R was my technician today and he was excellent. He was part of an installation team 3 years ago ... I remembered him and he remembered the installation. The company trains its associates well and they remain with the company ... always a good testimonial. The technicians inform, but never push options available. The company's upgrade of technology makes interactions and notifications faster and efficient for the customer and the company. Honesty, reliability and competence is their hallmark.

This is a quality company. They provide reliable top quality service at a fair price. They back up their work although I have never had a serious problem with their quality. A part was defective and they corrected the issue quickly at no cost. They are considerate too. They communicate about the technician and his schedule so you know when they will show up for your appointment. I recently had an inspection in anticipation of the summer heat and the technician explained the current state of the a/c unit, showed me the manufacturers recommended specs and made suggestions on work that should, and should not, be done. If only the auto repair shops were as good!

My old heating and cooling company referred me to Johns Heating and Cooling as they did not work in my area. My AC went out over the weekend and I left a message with Johns Heating and Cooling requesting a repair appointment. I connected with Johns Heating and Cooling this morning and they told me they could have someone at my place between 10 AM and 2 PM. They arrived at 12 PM and quickly diagnosed my issue. My system was operational within a few hours. Kudos to the service rep onsite that checked in with me through the process keeping me informed of status. The service rep also provided me options as it related to my maintenance. In the end, I appreciate everyone at Johns Heating and Cooling for getting me up and running today. Thank you!

Outstanding service and a very professional technician. Serviced my AC units and cleaned outside coils.Identified a capacitor that was out of spec and recommend to replace it.While the technician was amazing, I was a little disappointed that the company quoted over $200 to replace the capacitor - a part that cost approx $10 from the local hardware store and takes 3 mins to replace.The technician fully understood my pricing concern and didnt pressure me to have them replace it. (He, in fact, helped me understand how to replace it myself!)I would not hesitate to hire this company again given the great service I received, but would likely double check pricing on any repairs before moving forward based on this experience with a capacitor replacement cost.

My service call under the Peak Performance Plan was fine. However, the very next day, our unit malfunctioned and was blowing hot air and it is 106 outside! He came back, and said our 2014 model had a dead blower motor. I guess some warranty is in place, but I am still out hundreds. He did wave the reduced service call for the return. My nearby mom in Mesa went with a York from a company in Brazil two years before us, and she has no yearly service plan charges while we have been paying the $250/year. We have had to replace many parts on this unit from Johns and although reduced member cost, it is now over $1k since. My mom's York has had less parts failure on hers and the best part of the Brazil warranty plus same as Johns (but they do not charge $250/yr!) semi-annual maintenance checks - ZERO out of pocket costs for her since 2012! I would love to replace my unit with a York from the company in Brazil, but planning our only daughter's wedding in a few months means just having to keep paying Johns for the yearly & reduced parts costs rather than a more worry-free new unit from GB.

They reached out when it was time for our second appointment and were so helpful working around our Covid concerns. The morning of the appointment I received an email with a photo of my technician so I knew what he looked like. That always makes me feel more safe and secure. When he arrived a mask was worn at all times and Alex was great at explaining what the plan was and what he did before he left. He took his time cleaning and inspecting the units. He was very nice and professional, like all the technicians we have worked with. One of the things I appreciate most is that within the 2 hour appointment window, I was given a link when they were on their way to be able to track when the technician would arrive. The link allowed me to follow his progress on Google Maps. They value your time and that is really important to me. I'm never sitting around waiting and wondering when they will arrive. I would highly recommend John's Refrigeration Heating and Cooling. The office staff is super helpful and friendly, making the process smooth from beginning to end.

We recently had a roofing company come out to do an inspection of our flat garage roof. The roofing contractor told us we would need a re-coat of the garage roof including around and under our air conditioning condenser which sits on our garage roof. John's Refrigeration had installed this new a/c system approximately 2 years ago so I called Sergio who is a supervisor at John's Refrigeration and talked to him about moving the air conditioning condenser so that the roof coating could be applied. Sergio told me that they would help us, he told me that we are a customer of theirs and they take care of their customers which was so nice to hear from him. What Sergio did was to talk to the roofing contractor so they would be able to coordinate with them on moving the a/c unit so the coating could be applied. It was a time of the year where the temperature was getting very hot during the day and Sergio knew they would have to disconnect the a/c unit and move it out of the way so we would be without air conditioning for a while. Sergio and John's Refrigeration did all they could to make this transition as quick as they could with the idea that they had to move the a/c unit and then come back the same day after the coating had dried to put the a/c unit back and hook it up and then to recharge the system. Sergio gave the roof all the time it needed to dry properly and by the time they came back it was starting to be toward the end of daylight. We appreciated this so much as it gave extra time for the roof coating to dry properly. I noticed that even though it was at the end of Sergio and his men's work day they came back with the same courteous manner that they were in the early morning of that same day. As I am sure that you are aware, workers after they are tired and have worked a long day are not always as courteous as they were many hours before. But these men were the same courteous people as they were in the early morning. By the time they were done it was almost dark but Sergio said they wanted to get things done right not just fast track it. Everything went along without a hitch with John's Refrigeration Company and we want to thank John's and Sergio and his men for going the extra mile with a smile.
