Cool Air USA saved the day for me. My 20 year old AC unit finally crapped out on me and I called Cool Air USA and they came by immediately and took great care of me. They went above and beyond explaining everything to me and the pricing was fair! I will recommend Cool Air USA to any and everybody. Great work guys!

Cool-air is on time and professional. They installed our a/c within a few days and left the job clean with all debris removed. They did everything they could do to make us happy and satisfied with their installation. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if needed. Price was fair and better then most.

Our tech, Johnnie arrived on time. After the initial inspection, he explained what work needed to be done very clearly supported with pictures. The work was completed in a professional manner. We have had service from Cool USA at least 4 times over the past 4 years. We have been pleased with the quality of their work.

This is the second time that I have used Cool Air and everything went great just as it did the first time. I've had experience with many A/C companies over the years but was this is the first time I have been very pleased with both the work done and the technician they sent. I would recommend this company to everyone and will never use another company.

Great service and pleasant technician. Cool Air we're out to me within a couple of hours of calling it in - system was running but no cold air! He identified the capacitor had blown quickly and had it switched out in no time. Even stayed around for a quarter hour to make sure it ran smoothly, then checked the air temps from the outlets before he left. Fully recommended!

We had no air conditioning on a night and a technician came on Sunday, our AC was 15 years old and it was time for a new unit which Cool Air made happen. Our new unit was up and running on Wednesday. Mike and Joe got right to work, they were polite, professional and cleaned up and answered all my questions. Leo came out on a Sunday to fix my A/C. He was on time, courteous, had his mask on, explained what he was doing when I asked, was patient with me, and did the job step by step. He had to replace two parts in my compressor and explained the cost and how his company is comparative in their prices. One of the few companies that I called on a Sunday who answered their phone and followed through with their scheduling. Thank you Cool Air USA.

My service guy name is Joseph, Joseph was very informative and Professional, he explained everything to me he also cleaned up the little amount of dust particles left behind from the vacuum. I didn't feel like I had a stranger in my home. Everyone needs clean air,, especially since the whole world is dealing with covid-19, everyone should have their A/C serviced and cleaned. This is the second time I've used Cool Air for services on my air conditioner. I am very pleased with the service. We called in the evening and they arrived on time. The technicians were polite and very professional. They checked my issue and gave me a quote before starting. The work was done quickly and fixed the issue. The invoice came to the amount quoted. My AC unit stopped working on a very hot Friday south Florida night. I called five very well known AC companies Saturday morning and no one could send a repairman to look at my unit until Monday morning or afternoon. I then found a company, Cool Air USA, this company sent a technician Saturday morning. Very polite, professional staff around. I'm sure the other companies would also have charged me more. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to everyone! Great work! Thank you!

We recently moved into a home that had a subtle odor coming through the ventilation system. We called Cool Air USA and they sent a technician the very next day. Anthony checked out the entire A/C system, went in the attic to take pictures, etc. He provided all this at no charge and suggested several options that might alleviate the condition. He assured us that the condition was not an emergency and that we had time to try several low cost options. I was very impressed with his knowledge, honesty, and professionalism.

The customer service representative who took my call initially said the earliest appt available was 3-6 p.m. which I gladly accepted. I explained however, water was leaking from the unit and had soaked the carpet. She called me back shortly afterwards and said the serviceman would come earlier. The following day a customer service rep called to ask if I was satisfied with the service. I was amazed because that is almost unheard of in this era. This is my first time using the company. They were referred by a coworker and I recommend them highly

Cool Air does an outstanding job because your service technicians are knowledgeable, with great communication skills! They come prepared and they are able to thoroughly explain what needs to be done! You are more expensive than other AC companies so I hope that you also pay your employees a higher salary as well! The schedulers also are patient and responsive and that adds to my satisfaction with Cool Air! I use you for 3 AC units in 2 different apartments! I unfortunately cannot recall the name of the technician who came on Friday June 4 to my home/11 Island Ave PHd miami beach but i was told he receives a bonus for a positive review so please reward him with a large bonus! Cool Air USA is by far the most professional company I have ever dealt with. On every level, the representatives of this company went above and beyond. My house required a full AC replacement and Cool Air did everything to ensure I was not only getting the right AC system but provided an education along the way. Every bit of information was fact checked and i found Cool Air USA to be the most honest, on point company i interviewed. They are not interested in selling you the most expensive but instead the unit most beneficial for the space and considers the customers budget and not their own sales goals. I have had the unit now for about 3 months and could not be any happier. Special shout out to the installers, *** and ***, as well as the office team, *** and *** This is a top notch team. I would recommend Cool Air to everyone with any type of AC needs. If you are looking for honesty, first class-service and reasonable prices... look no further.

Great company to deal with! Technician called 20 minutes in advance prior to his arrival. I explained to him what my unit was doing. He checked out the A/C system thoroughly, taking several pictures as he proceeded. My compressor unit is on the roof of my condo building. And because of liability concerns, the HOA only allows licensed technicians on the roof. The technician was up on the roof for 20 minutes, and came back down and said my compressor unit was fine and it only needed 3 pounds of refrigerant. His honesty and integrity was greatly appreciated. He could have said I needed a new compressor, and I would not have known the difference. I agreed and he proceeded to charge the unit up with the needed refrigerant. Within minutes the A/C unit was working back to normal. The service charge was very reasonable and the invoice contained all the pictures the technician has taken before and after the repair. Next day I received a follow-up phone call from the company inquiring about the service and if I was complete satisfied. I would highly recommend Cool Air USA, Inc. to anyone looking for an honest and reliable A/C contractor.

Cool Air USA, Inc. recently set up a brand-new Bosch air conditioning unit in my condo located at 609 NE 13th Ave #403, Fort Lauderdale, FL XXXXX. Unfortunately, on the very same night, I was startled by the sound of gushing water. To my dismay, upon opening my closet door, I discovered that it had been flooded. This incident caused significant damage to my flooring.

Thankfully, the folks from Cool Air USA promptly arrived to fix the leak that was originating from the unit. However, a new issue has arisen since then. The water now rushes through the system with such intensity that it creates an unbearable noise, preventing me from getting a good night's sleep. To validate my claim, I have both audio recordings of the leak and audio-visual evidence as well.

I appreciate any assistance that Cool Air USA, Inc. can provide in resolving this matter. Thank you.
