Do not get ensnared in the subscription. I tried a couple of products through a subscription and decided to cancel the ones that were too strong and made my stomach upset but keep the lower dose ones. Its impossible to remove individual products even though I added products over multiple transactions. You have to cancel your entire account then you lose the points accumulated.

I really liked their products but ordering from them is a hassle and they dont appreciate your business. Their website is terrible. The promo codes they send you dont work, takes way to long to order. Then they ship order using the cheapest method which results in lost orders. When you call their customer service you get a unprofessional agent that only wants to get you off the phone. They basically tell you to find your own order. Never ordering from them again.

Then I called them and the guy assured me he was expediting a replacement that I'd have Friday... well, Fri comes around so I checked the order status and the guy never even put it in! I call back AGAIN and the girl assures me she's got my expedited order in-hand and is walking it to shipping herself. Well, guess what?... She never put the order in either! TOTAL SCAM AND WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! WORST. COMPANY. EVER!

Absolute WORST customer service EVER! I purchased 2 Full Spectrum CBD oil which was highly recommended by the customer service line. However, the product didn't treat my muscle spasm condition at all. I called and the agent cared less. Simply said to return the products and pay for the shipping. I wanted to see if their were something better. They never offered anything besides the return. Never again, I just treated my dog very small doses. I purchase CBD oil before, but this brand is totally weak.

Great product, no problems I have ordered 4 times I believed. I recommend their gummies for sleep. In the end the gel capsules plus gummies worked best. They helped my headaches, anxiety, and IBS during a very stressful time. I have never had any problems with product, my orders did take a while to ship though. I opted to pay for faster shipping the last time given holidays and and previous ship time. I never leave reviews but wanted to say something after seeing the others. Maybe try one thing during their sales which they have often if you are unsure. Their products are helpful.

I have been an affiliate with Medterra CBD for about 2 years now. If you're looking at becoming an affiliate I would stay away. They were great my first year paying all commissions on time every month, but unfortunately they have not paid me my commissions in all of 2021. I have had many emails back and forth saying they would get it resolved and get me paid. It's been going on for months and they still haven't paid me. I sent an email at the beginning of this week asking if there were any updates and now they're not even responding to me. If you decide to become an affiliate with this company, good luck getting paid!

I purchased multiple Medterra products over 18 months. I had countless issues with shipping and receiving products. I did receive 2 replacement products for which I had fully paid for the originals. I was told by customer service to return the products which I did. But they are refusing to refund my money because they said I received replacements and didn't send the originals back - but I never received the originals! So now they have the 2 bottles of the products AND my money! I was unable to resolve this after almost 7 weeks of communications. I asked for proof I received the originals and replacements which they did not do. They are a small company with small minded people making return decisions that are fraudulent and they basically accused me of fraud so I am reporting this.

So I told them to cancel the order, which by the way hadn't shipped yet, and was told no again. So I had to place another order to take advantage of the buy one get one free deal. Now, mind you, I have been ordering from them for several years. They said I could refuse the package when it arrived and they would refund the full amount once I returned it to the company and they received notice that it was back in the system and on its way back to them. What kind of bassackwards operation are you running to inconvenience a longtime customer with this kind of treatment? I hope upper management and the marketing section are made aware of this kind of treatment.

If you are looking for a company that frequently sends worthless coupons OR sends coupons that are deceptive/misleading -- MedTerra is your company. If you want to interface through THE worst e-commerce website I have ever used, MedTerra is your company. If you want to spend days on the telephone trying to get a replacement order because an order with tracking number they sent, cannot be found -- MedTerra is your company. Oh, and if you want to order multiple items of a product that is "50% off," you cannot order 8 items and get 4 free; nope, they will ring up one item at half off and 7 at full price. You will have to make FOUR seperate orders.MedTerra has received my last order, and this is 100% on them.

I ordered 2 THC free CBD products from Medterra on June 25th and today is July 9th and I still haven't received my purchase. Their customer service is a disappointment and they seem unresponsive to their THC products or they are simply unproductive. This place is a letdown and I will never purchase from them again! I'm working on getting a refund but Friday at 10am no "Agents" were available lol probably on a break and forgot who pays their salaries. Oh well. This turns me off CBD products and those who produce them. Never again. BTW they are based in [Location] and I live in [Location] LOL and 15 days later still no product!

I ordered a sample packet of their strawberry flavored CBD gummies. They were great! I then ordered a two month supply for $80. Both products were discolored, and one packet must've been melted because the gummies were all stuck together, so you couldn't tell what the dosage was for each piece (could be considered dangerous, too). I have a serious medical condition and have difficulty sleeping, so I ordered what I thought a new would help. Now I'm stuck without anything. I called customer support, and got a young woman who was anything but friendly. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she told me that she would have a supervisor call me back within five minutes. No one ever called me back. And then I contacted them on their official website, and my comment was read and never responded to. This is fraud!

Tried the BOGO free offer. Then I applied my points. The total came to 107.99. I hit the pay button and was charged 240.99. The manager from Medterra calls me after seeing my complaint on their website. Apologizing for their screw up. Says he will give me a full refund and still ship the product. I told him I didn't want their product. They refunded half the money. Charged me full price and took my points away. They will promise you everything on the phone.

Placed an order on May 18. I sit here writing this on May 30 and spoken to the company three times on where is my order. I was told it was shipped on May 18 and in transit. I checked the tracking number Medterra emailed me, well that tracking number is not a valid number I was told by customer service representative. I called the company back on May 25 and was told the original shipping labels were printed wrong and they issued new labels and the product was out for delivery. On May 27, still no delivery. So I called the company asking them for the new tracking number, they said they don't have one to give. By this time I am very disappointed with all of this and I state I would like a full refund to my card. I am then told they will issue a replacement, but I do not want a replacement. I want a full refund to my card. They said they only issue refunds if I send the product back, well if I don't have a tracking number the product could be anywhere or lost.
