I accidentally clicked on a Spam Link in a text message and I was locked out of my account and I have tried to get back in using the customer complaint form and megapersonals has yet to contact me back through via email I really need that into my account please thank you look forward to hearing from you you may reach me at [protected] or via email at [protected]@gmail.com

I've received a message saying that my account was flagged because I clicked a link and I never clicked anything. No one responds to emails or calls. Is there someone else we can get a hold of for help because this is ridiculous. Right now this is my income and without my account I'm not going to have a income. I need help

Good Morning. My name is Jasmine Moriel. So I've been using your services for a couple years now. The first year was smooth. No issues. Then after that year was over here comes all the problems. My accounts kept getting blocked so I would email support to see what the issue could be because I didn't click on any links. I know better. They say they would get back to me within 48 hours tops & NEVER did. So I would proceed to make a new account. Then my account gets blocked again. I repeat the proper protocol but still nobody returns my emails. This has happened 4 or maybe 5 accounts later. Still no response. I understand that you all may be busy but I still have yet to get any assistance from anybody on the support team. I would really like to know the reasons for my accounts constantly getting blocked so I can fix whatever it is & get my accounts unblocked & delete all but 1 of then. So if somebody with some type of authority over the support team can get back to me in a timely fashion, it would be greatly appreciated. Have a nice day.

Why am I continue to get locked out my account please address this issueil I'm highly upset I've been using the site for well over a year I'm not new ..I'm not following links or texts ..ive verified my identity but keep getting blocked out my account no one responds no contact phone number to get In touch with a live person! I use the site as needed no scamming..nothing so please someone help me and reply back thanks

I have made over 5 account and for some odd reason I'm continue to keep flagged I used my own pictures and video and I also verify 5 different time with new pic & and nothing was crop, I don't work everyday so I don't understand what can case me to get flagged smh

I think someone tired to take my account and every time I try an make a new one it won't let me do I have to use a new Id or sum and it keeps saying flagged

So I'm pretty used to megapersonals bs I've been flagged over 10 different times from so many different emails because they have so much spam on their website…this is less of a complaint and more of an information post…so if you get blocked from your current phone buy a whole knew phone and make a new email use brand new ID verification photos as well. If your on an iPhone it gets blocked faster than an android does so my advice is get you a cheap android and use it just to post on there! Mega is the worst constructed website with the worst customer service they deserve no stars! And they have yet to fix any bugs or update the app this is why there's so many scammers on there and u stay getting flagged! Also it's ridiculous that it takes days sometimes months to get your account verified this site should be shut down honestly or revamped completely!

I have been trying to verify my email for months but they refuse to send new link and code

My friend and I made our new accounts on megapersonals and the site wanted us to verify pictures and ID'S and we did. This was a few days ago and we still can't get into our accounts at all. It was stuck on the pink verification page forever. And now when we try and log in. We it keeps saying new device emai code for verification.. BUT THERE IS NO CODE EVER BEING SENT TO OUR EMAILS. WHAT is going on with this site now.

I have been trying to place an ad for several days with no luck. It keeps asking me to verify my age by taking a photo of my ID and then to take a selfie with my ID. I've done this so many times but it is still telling me that my ad is not verified and is not posted. My ad did post for a brief second when I first made it, but then i got a text message saying that my ad had been reported by someone and that I needed to follow a link . I did not do anything on the link but now I know that it could have been a fake text. If this is the reason the store is not allowing me to post, then i wish they would say so and let me prove my identity another way or something. They shouldn't just keep their clientele in the dark about what is happening.

I'm so upset because it keeps saying my account is flagged or scammed and I know I never hit a link ! This is ridiculous that I have to go through this .. it's been like this the past couple days, this is how I provide for my family ! Please help ! I need to make money, you guys need to resolve this issues as soon as possible please . No one should have to deal with this .

Im having trouble recovering my account i been a provider for years since it first came out and never had this problem and now its saying its a scam and been flagged i made different accounts and all say flagged to each one im not understanding why im flagged ...i did the verification and still it says flagged like im outta option on how to recover my account ...i need answers

I'm sorry to be so ghetto, but I am upset! I go through this fraud/flagged BS so often, its annoying me! Knowing damn well, I don't click on no links. I'm a regular poster, this is how I survive and pay NY bills. You all been to get you all [censored] together with this bogus [censored] site. There is no way we should have to email you all so many times to not even get a response. I'm tired of putting my info on this site to go through this not being able to post. Hell at least with back page we never went through this if you all gone make us go through verification just make as pay to use the site like back page ID rather do that then keep getting flagged for nothing

I have had my account for two months my ad was working fine till a week ago. all of a sudden i couldn't log in they said i trigger a fraud alert. i tried making a a few accounts 2 account is stuck in the verification process i have emailed them 10 times and still got no response and the other emails got 701. Anyone got any advice on what else i can do?

Every time I moved my ad to a new state it gets flagged. I travel a lot. But this make a new account every time is getting old. I make like over 30 account in a month bc I get flagged all the time. Even for changing up my pictures. Is this a bug in the system. If so please fix it. I miss the times when I didn't have to go through this…
