I have had my account with megapersonals for over a year. I never have put in my password anywhere else because I’m not an idiot. I keep the tab pinned with my ad open so I can just click it and hit bump to top and never even have to log back in on my own device. Last week I got locked out of my account, I emailed and emailed with zero response or attempt at helping, so I created a new account. Paid to verify myself which was new to me, and made me figure oh that’s probably why cuz they wanted money for my account, and had that one for 6 days and BAM fraud bot flagged again. And once again, I NEVER clicked on any link sent to me. I don’t even reply to that [censored] at all. I’m sending emails to the support email and GETTING NO RESPONSE! This is just [censored]ed! I don’t understand what you need me to do, or why you won’t respond to the “support emails”. What is it I’m doing that triggers your damn fraud bots?! I’ve been doing the exact same thing for years and never had a single problem! All of a sudden it’s twice in one week?! I’m going to lose everything I have.
Desired outcome: I need back into my account!!!!

I am very happy to be able to come back here and say that after reaching out through enough avenues I got the attention I needed and my problem solved. I’m back into my account and not having any issues so far. I’m sure the huge amount of people that send emails to the support address make it just impossible to be able to get to anyone in a decent amount of time. But if your situation is dire, go to their social media accounts, or here, and post what your problem is, and they can and will get back to you ASAP and get you all worked out. The morning after my original comment on this platform, I was in contact with support, and Brooke is the best, so friendly with me even when I was being a huge c**t. So, try and be patient, I know it’s hard. They will help you, because they most certainly helped me!
The morning after filing my complaint, I had members of the support team reaching out to help me! They were very friendly and were remorseful of my situation when it wasn’t even their fault and I was being kind of a jerk before they reached out. So, if you’re having the same problem I did, reach out to them on their social media accounts first, that’s the best way to get in touch. I’m so grateful to them for letting me back in my account after I was rude af.
You’ve made it clear that MegaPersonals.com has seriously dropped the ball here. After a year without issues, suddenly getting flagged twice in one week without any response from their support team is beyond frustrating. The lack of communication and explanation is unacceptable, especially when you’ve done nothing different. Hopefully, they get their act together and fix whatever’s triggering these fraud bots, or they’ll keep losing loyal users like you.

I’ve only had my account less than a month. I had to repay and make a new account. I definitely learned from the first time NOT TO CLICK ANY SCAMMED messages. I didn’t click anything . I was able to repost my pictures and not long after that I was blocked out my account . I’ve emailed several times in the last 3 days and no response.
