I've used this site every since it's been up and I was asked to verify my account and I did just that now I can't get into the account... Numerous emails to support and I still haven't gotten anywhere... I don't understand what I did wrong and now how I'm suppose to pay bills with being locked out

3 days and counting patiently waiting when my verification will be complete.. Either my verification is stuck in on loop or something more is going on.. I have constantly checked and the only thing I see is those green loading icons stating verifying.. 3 days is a ridiculous amount of time to wait.. I need to know what's going on.. I haven't even made it to the video verification part.. Why?

I’ve been kicked off the account. The account is showing it was flagged for being a scam. I haven’t clicked any links. I was logged in the night before no issues, I wake up and it’s been blocked. This has happened to me a few times and I’m just trying to get this issues fixed. Please I really need the help. Doesn’t seem like support emails back fast enough.

My account was blocked because suspicious log in attempts from an unknown device has been detected. Although the device was not mine and I appreciate that part but I'm trying to follow proper procedures to get my account unblocked or do this age verification that tells me to click a link and I do but ur sends me to the home pagaeA. My clients love me and I am a loyal provider who don't rob my clients nor am I a scammer. This is my only source of income and need this fixed ASAP! I emailed twice already and it has been going on almost a week with no response whatsoever. I know not to create a new account because then they're going to ban me for thinking I have multiple accounts.

I'm blocked and don't know why we use this site so e can eat and pay bills why do you do this to us we don't have to do any thing and we'll get blocked it's so annoying I've be on here for years and I've always been able to get back on but you've made it almost impossible and I don't even show much of any thing like some of these other ones on here you guys need to stop doing this to ppl

I cannot access my Mega personal account when I log in I got the “ you may have been phished by a scammer”. When I emailed customer support for help I received an email from Sherryl Stewart that my account is blocked. I have never done anything to jeopardize my account. I have this account for years with no issues. How can I resolved this issues? I need my account unlocked.

Hi, I have 2! Accounts that were working quite smoothly. Suddenly I became blocked I messaged support over and over the last nobody ever messaged me back finally somebody got back to me today about one of them gave me a pin but there's nowhere to put the pen. Next I've tried creating three other accounts none of them would be verified due to suspicious behavior i. I've paid for accounts and I've used my account nobody is getting back to me I cannot effectively use an account and I have no idea what's going on. Could someone please get back to me in regards to one of these accounts being unblocked and unable to use.

Hell mega personal provider here ,can you help me get my account that I’ve had for some years back ?recently got spammed /triggered by bots. [protected]@gmail.com is the email associated with the account and anything else u may need. This account has gotten blocked on August 29th,2024 while I was in North Jersey. Made an account on 9/20 and I still haven’t heard anything back!

I was falsely banned/flagged on this past Thursday September 12th, 2024. And I'm real, of age, and ready to verify whenever I hear back from anyone from the support team. I am ready to logon successfully to post but I haven't heard anything back when I've reached out to support multiple times.

I have tried over and over to make new accounts and they are all sayin the same thing that I am a fraud. I am legal of age my ID is real and it’s mines. It’s matches my birthday face and birthday. I am not a robot or fraud and I don’t know what else to do. This website is how I make my money and it’s getting hectic trying to make page after page with no advancement. I’m not sure what else to do. But can you please look into this to see why I am being flagged? And please restore my number and emails so that I can log in with no problem.
