The beginning of August 2022 I was made a hotel reservation thru member deals since it was through military benefits. I decided to make one through the hotel directly since this company seemed to be off. I called 8/6/22 and requested to cancel the reservation, they advised it would be a penalty if the hotel charged one, I spoke with the hotel prior and they clearly stated it would not and out notes on the reservation. They proceeded to tell me it would take 72 hours to procures, got an email with that and that was it, I called back on the 12 since no response and requested a supervisor, which they said was unavailable and would call me back, I requested after 5 since I was working and of course he called prior and same nonsense 72 hours. My trip was the next day, went to the hotel and confirmed it was cancelled no penalties.. still no response from member deals, called back several times after, and same nonsense 72 hours and they were awaiting a 3rd party that never responds which apparently was Expedia. They are not giving me back my $1032.00, giving me the same run around, no valid supervisors, offshore incompetence. I had my credit card dispute. They sent info I did not cancel promptly and charged fee and no show. They are ridiculous and need to be stopped, their run around caused this. I need assistance.. thanks in advance.
