Mental Health Resource Center [MHRC] review: Injustice by Menatl Health Resource Center and DCF 7

To whom it may concern:
I, La'Cher Groomes and family have been detrimentally violated by the department of Children and Families and by their merging affilation with the Mental Health Resource Center of Jacksonville. Both departments are non compliance and in total violation of myself and my family'rs rights.This complaint is of the unproffesionalism of an Mental Health Resource Center employee by the name of Calandra Everson and a Department of Children and Families lawyer by the name of Summer Saladino.First and foremost, Ms. Everson has repeatedly shown aggresiveness towards myself and other members of my family. On August 24th of this year my neice and nephew were taken by this woman from their legal guardian which is my mother Dorothy Cherry. In 2008 the children's mother and father were killed in the presence of them and due to this tragic and unfortunate accident the children have been placed with my mother since.
Reportedely, the children were removed from their legal guardian's home by Ms. Calandra Everson due to "clutter" as her sworn testimony in court annouced on the 29th of this month.During the removal of my neice and nephew Ms. Everson was very unproffesional, rude, and extremely aggresive. She left the home with the children and returned two more times after with the children to retrieve luggage for them. In this torture, Mrs. Everson left the children in the car uncomfortable and miserable with all four windows rolled up and the car turned off ac included. Ms. Everson then confronted my family aggresively and rudely by ignoring them completely. She would not answer questions of the children's whereabouts after this procedure, visitation rights, or family's pursuance of providing care for them.
Ms. Everson was completely nonchalant during this process, she had no compassion for these children who were acting out in fear completely lost of what's going on. She yelled at them to stay in the car, and was completely unaffectionate to their crying and pleading of being taken away from the only family they know. Ms. Everson was completely uninformative, unproffesional, and inconsiderate during this entire matter. I got the impression of her absolutely being rejoiced to see an 4-year-old little girl and 6-year-old little boy being taken away from the only family members they have left. Ms. Everson acted personally rather profesionally, her reactions were as if she clearly had a vendetta towards the family instead of handling a case of the state.
In three weeks we the family have only been allowed to speak with the children via telephone only once, and have only been allowed to see them once. Their guardian has visited only twice. Due to MHRC's "rules". After myself, and my sister's first visit, the department revoked our visiting rights.Simply because they wanted to. Their excuse: because we behaved outrageously during the previous visit which is completely false information.
These individuals (Calandra Everson and Summer Saladino) have taken joy in provoking us and playing with the lives of my neice and nephew.In which who lives have already been traumatized to the fullest extinct. Their has been not one occurance that has transpired to support the reason why myself and my sister Miquella Groomes visitation priveledges have been revoked. We do not even participate in conversation with them. Even as far as greeting them. They are performing injustice acts, simply because they have the power to. I feel that Kolandra Everson and Summer Saladino should be HIGHLY addressed for their performance and their unaccordingly behavior presented during this time.
They are unproffesional, rude, disrespectful, uninformative, non-chalant, aggresive, bad-tempered, devious, impulsive, egotistical, grumpy, mean, moody, selfish, negative, harsh, cold-hearted, aloof, belligerent, boastful, and cantakerous. Both parties involved will not comply with the rules and regulations of the department their employed with, at all. They have went about this entire situation, the way they want as if they don't have to abide the laws of the lands and take matters into their own hands, rather than legally and professionaly. With Ms.Summer Saladino holding the title of a lawyer, I'd expect adequate behavior . But much to my suprise, she is rude, smiles contionusly as if to get an reaction out of myself and family, and unproffesional.
Three weeks ago during a court appearance concerning the behalf of the children, Ms. Santiaga lied and made accusations towards me, stating to the judge that I threatened her while in the courthouse. Her allegations were that I said that "blondie over there should be kicked or slapped, and someone needs to beat her up". This is in no way of any truth. Until my experiences, I sincerly thought that these two organizations were something honorable to be apart of, and were beneficial to families and children who have experieced what my family has gone through due to the tragic death of my sister. But now that I see how this system really works. I am ashamed to have been apart of such an grievance program.
Both departments have performed bigoted and unethically and have lied continously! I feel that my family and I have been extremely violated, railroaded, and mistreated! And this is unaccepatable to me; especially being that the structures of these two organizations (MHRC AND DCF) are to help children and families, rather than hurt them. In this case all they have done is destroy! I ask that this matter be addressed correctly and that the people responsible for these absurd circumstances be held accountable, so that these problems may never occur to any other families again. Thank you.
